What to Expect
AUDIENCES
You can expect to hear a great night of music with a wide variety. There's something for everyone. With a great attention to detail, superior musicianship, tight vocal harmonies and a mesmerizing show, you will be dancing and singing along until the end!
CLIENTS
You can expect clear, prompt communication from the beginning to the end.
We show up early to set up and sound check prior to your guests arriving.
We keep our volume in check.
We will be dressed appropriately.
We ensure all music is 'family-friendly.'
We will have good, operational equipment.
About
Cosmic Groove was started in 2011 with one goal in mind - give every audience we play in front of the best we have so they can have the best time themselves. This applies to wedding couples and their guests, corporate clients, people attending a concert-in-the-park, etc. We play music we think people want to hear and that they can dance to. We don't cover deep cuts or play original music.
With all our wedding packages, we include the live band from after dinner until the end of the night, DJ music during cocktail and dinner hours and the break, emceeing services, full sound and lighting and all pre-event coordination. We have optional add-on services such as ceremony music, an ordained officiant and live jazz trio for cocktail hour. Most importantly, the couple chooses ALL the music we play.
Additional Booking Notes
We can provide our own sound reinforcement for any size crowd as well as our own lighting. Of course we can work with A/V that is provided for us too.
We do require at least two dedicated 20-amp circuits to ensure adequate power.
