County Road DJ went above and beyond for our residents. We had him out for a holiday karaoke event and the residents cannot stop talking about the fun they had and his incredible setup. We will absolutely be using County Road DJ at all of our communities moving forward. 10/10
Our community had our Scareoke (Halloween karaoke) event that they came out for. Since they got set up early, they started early and kept the party rolling even a bit passed our stop time. Their equipment sounded great and they had plenty of mics for group songs. They have some extra touches like a 2nd monitor for the audience to see and sing along to, and a speaker facing the singer so they can hear themselves better. I upped our package to include fun lights, and they were mindful not to include strobes since ours is a 55+ community. I loved that it is a father & son business. Both were great with our residents and we'll definitely have them out again!

We are a small, family owned and operated company. What drives us is the music and peoples' enjoyment. We'd love to bring that to you and your guests!
Our full rack with amps etc is able to run on one outlet if necessary, so no worries there. It'll draw about 6 amps, or about the same as a modern vacuum cleaner. With a full setup, we can cover an area for about 300 people (so far, haven't tested on larger crowds) with excellent clear sound. At the top of the rack is a 14 channel Peavey mixer capable of directly plugging in instruments as well as stereo feeds, with "high Z" impedence for lead guitar on one channel without a DI box. Our speakers as of this writing are two Fender 15" main lows, two Yamaha 12" tops with horns, one Peavey 18" subwoofer, and one 10" DBI stage monitor. We do have some laser and led disco lighting - enough to cover about 100-200 sq ft, and wall wash lights that cover about 300 sq ft. Monitor screens on tripods are also in the setup. A fairly flat area of about 10x15-20 ft is all that we need to set up a great time, but more is better.
