Creative LEAPS

You can expect a one time and prepared musician. I will put the time into preparing the music and I am willing to engage with the audience. You can expect someone who will bring music to life. You can expect prompt communication and referrals in the event I can not make it to the appointed date.

Trumpeter, Multi-Instrumentalist, Program Facilitator

I have been involved in improvisational and classical performance on trumpet and other brass and woodwind instruments since 2000. I am well-versed in all areas of music including theory, history, arrangement, instruction, and composition. I completed my Associate’s degree in Music at St. Petersburg College and I am currently enrolled at the University of South Florida’s Jazz Studies program. I have also attended the College of Central Florida’s music program.

I continue to pursue my passion for music with local bands and ensembles, and I have dedicated my time to understanding first-hand the Music Therapy process by participating and aiding in the Music Therapy programs provided at creative LEAPS, Inc. I unabashedly share my passion and knowledge of music with individuals of all walks of life and all abilities. I continues to write and arrange music, and I have experience teaching the creative process of music to individuals of all ages and abilities.

I am active in the creative building process. I want to help people find focus through music, art, and dance. I am strong believer in connecting the mind and the body with the use of musical instruments.

My deep passion for music has resonated with me since childhood. Sounds and rhythms are everywhere, and musical composition can be brought to life no matter the location.

Personally, music has given me focus, with the purpose to educate and show others how to develop their creative process and bring what they hear to reality. Music is a constant stable source of growth, to share, to educate, and to bring people together.

My requirements are minimal:
I have the speakers, pa and cables/mics if needed, however bringing my gear is more costly for me and we can speak on what is needed.

I don't need much outside of that since I am a horn player.
My performances can be on trumpet or saxphone at this time.
