Crystal Wright is a transformation specialist. Known for her ability to get people unstuck, she has carved a niche as a personal development coach, entrepreneurial strategist, and mentor. Crystal’s journey began in Seattle as a sales rep at Xerox, but a weekend visit to Los Angeles inspired a life-changing move. After five years in information technology, she transitioned to representing a commercial photographer, eventually opening The Crystal Agency, where she represented celebrity photographers, makeup artists, hair stylists, and fashion stylists in print, video, film, and TV.

Crystal is the author of two self-help books, “30 Days at 100 Percent: Changing Your Life 30 Days at a Time” and “The Hair Makeup Fashion Styling Career Guide,” known as the industry business bible for freelancers working behind the scenes in print, video, film, and television. She is also the co-creator of the Win Now Mentorship Program, a 12-week online course that levels the playing field for creators who want to master the business of freelancing and reach the top levels of advertising, fashion, beauty and entertainment.

As a coach, Crystal brings three decades of leadership and entrepreneurial experience within the beauty and entertainment industries to her online business courses and individual and group coaching programs. She is recognized for her expertise in shoring up the foundations of small businesses and turning struggling entrepreneurs into disciplined, organized, savvy, and courageous business bosses.

Crystal’s approach is unconventional and honest. She challenges old school views on women in business, shares her personal areas of weakness, and recounts the challenges she faced and overcame to become a business coach, mentor, and motivational speaker. Her experiences of succeeding in the entertainment industry in Los Angeles for over 30 years, surrounded by prejudice, superior attitudes, and male domination, provide a unique perspective and valuable lessons.
