I was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. Graduated from UCLA. Most of my bread and butter work has been as a Freelance Graphic Designer. After working a number of years as a graphics temp worker for some of the largest graphics temp agencies in Southern California, I was able to transition to working regularly with some really interesting organizations including an Ad Agency, a Statewide Education Organization and even Catalog Production for Hollywood Memorabilia Auction Catalog. In my free time, I have been working on my personal 3D animation project.
Puzzles On The Spot. This is a new business concept I have been developing for about the past 8 months. The hardest part initially in selling to customers was getting people to even understand that I can make a jigsaw puzzle from their photo literally in 2-5 minutes depending on whether or not I have to tweak the photo. From the feedback I've received and what I have seen I don't know of any business doing this. I am on GigSalad because someone brought to my attention that this would be a great entertainment product at events. So here I am.
I require electricity and about a 10 x 10 ft space. A little wider if I am bringing in a photographer component. I generally bring my own tables but if there are a couple banquet tables already available that works as well.
As far as I know I am the only one doing this. However, the only business model I can compare this to are Caricature artists that are booked for events.
