Daffy's doodles did a great job this is the second time we have had him at our picnic everyone loves it he always has a line up of people waiting to get a cartoon drawing of themselves.
This was the highlight of our event. All of our guests loved their pictures created by Daffy! He was a true delight!
Jody was fabulous, showed up on time, worked through some issues with us, and did a great job. He was great with our guests, great with our volunteers, and great with our event management team. And, of course, his artist drawings were fabulous! I would highly recommend him again for future clients!

I had Daffy Doodles at my daughter's reception. He was a huge hit. Everyone loved their drawings. He had a smile on his face the whole time and did wonderful work. The line was nonstop the whole time. I would definately hire him again for an event.

Actually the hours were renegotiated down to two hours, from 1 to 3. I arrived early for set up and started promptly at 1. I drew non-stop until 3. To be clear, I had asked the customer to re-submit a new request with new hours but she simply agreed to the original contract. I refer the customer to our communications on GigSalad. The amount agreed to included two hours at $100 per hour and a $50 travel fee and $16 GigSalad service charge. I hope this clarifies things.
Everybody loves their caricatures and their uncanny resemblance to them. It was the highlight of the party!

Thank you for taking the time to write the review. Since I routinely draw on 8.5" x 11" cardstock, it is rather impractical to try and fit more than two people in a single picture. My apologies for not communicating that earlier. I had a great time at Kerry's birthday party. Because it was much an intimate gathering of friends and family, I was able to draw several people more than once, especially the birthday girl who I drew so many times that I dare say I could now draw her from memory! Please keep me in mind for any future event!
Price Range: $100 per hour with a 2 hour min.

Guests sit for a few minutes while the artist draws a black and white, face only caricature on the spot. Drawn with black Sharpies on white 8.5" x 11" cardstock. They are then given the finished artwork to keep as a memento of the event!
Caricaturist Jody Morse has been a recognized fixture in the Puget Sound area for over 15 years, drawing cartoon portraits at county fairs, festivals, and at private parties. He is known as "The Kind Caricaturist" because of his detailed, semi-realistic style that has made him a popular among subjects of all ages!
All that is required of the client is a well-lit spot in which to work (a 5' x 5' area usually suffices) and a couple of chairs. The artist will provide everything else.
