I hired Daisy to be a bartender for a party with about 30 coworkers to celebrate another coworker's retirement. She showed up early to understand the layout and made some great suggestions for changes. She greeted my coworkers with that gorgeous smile and made every drink they could think of. I was able to satisfactorily inventory the alcohol and supplies at the end of the evening and she efficiently cleaned her area and supplies. Would love to hire her again. Maybe when I retire?

Having the opportunity to attend the JC Bartending Academy in Plano, was one of the best learning and growing experiences I have had. Even though I wanted to become apart of the bartending/service industry before attending this school, after I had graduated it was an even stronger desire because of the energy he transferred from his teaching to his students. This school really knows how to make you fall in love with bartending.
