We are a very versatile duo, set up to handle nearly any event situation. We play shows for groups up to 500 audience members, to dinner music in restaurants. We know how and when to regulate our volume according to the situation. Our audience at a party or meal will be able to have a conversation with someone next to them or across the table from them without problems.
Our clients can expect us to be promptly on time, professional, have all of our own sound equipment. We require a minimal space of around 36 square feet ( approx a 6ft X 6ft square if space is limited. We are polite, respectful and curtious to both clients and audience members. We do not do off color music or comedy; everything we do is family oriented if need be. We are in the 50-60 year range and are both retired school teachers. We are not just singers or musicians; we are entertainers, engaging our audience as needed or requested. You will love our presentation whether you are client or audience member.

Dale & Gayle, a husband/wife duo are retired public school teachers from Oklahoma. They are now fulltime performers, entertaining 4 months in the winter in south Texas in the Rio Grande Valley. They usually spend their summer playing music somewhere in the Rocky Mountains for 4 months. Their semi-off season is back in northern Oklahoma where they continue to play music in the Oklahoma, Kansas area.
Dale & Gayle play only live music with no pre-recorded tracs. They specialize in country music, especially classic country, but also have a large variety of oldies rock & roll, gospel, cowboy, and comedy songs, in fact they have a song list of over 550 songs they play.
Dale & Gayle are able to handle almost any type of event that calls for musical entertainment including shows, parties, dances, happy hours, and restaurants. They do not play in bars or night clubs but do play in restaurants or other eating establishments that serve alcohol along with their food menu.
Dale began playing music with his first country dance band in 1970. Throughout his musical career he has played music on stage with many of his artist heroes including Hank Thompson, Kitty Wells, David Frizzell, Helen Cornelius, Johnny Lee, Cal Smith, Tommy Cash, and Jimmy Fortune to name a few. He has opened for Michael Martin Murphy, Red Stegall, and Lynn Anderson in recent years.
Gayle is an accomplished pianist and now plays a keyboard synthesizer in which she can play bass with her left hand and keyboard piano with her right. Both Dale & Gayle sing, Dale with a deep rich baritone voice and Gayle with a smooth beautiful saprano voice.
In the past 9 years Dale & Gayle have travelled and shared their music in 38 different states. They have recorded a total of 8 CD's including 2 classic country, 1 cowboy, 1 oldies rock & roll, 2 gospel, 1 comedy, and 1 Christmas, as well as 6 different DVD videos of their shows.

Dale & Gayle provide all of their own sound equipment. They do need at least one electrical outlet and some type of stage lighting. The stage area can be rather small if needed, a 6ft X 6ft minimum space, however, a little larger is better.
