We actually hired Dan Chan's son, James to performed at our 50th anniversary dinner celebration. James was fun to watch and engaging. His close up magic was awesome.

Our office party was a success! Thanks to the incredibly talented James Chan. We had employee friends and family for this summer event held at the office and James knew how to work the audience and crowd of all ages. Had the pleasure to meet Kathryn Chan too! As the event planner for our team, my hope is to someday book Dan, James and Kathryn for future events. Check them out! You won't be disappointed.

We had a christmas program for families. James Chan performed for the second time at the club and everyone had a great time. They were impressed with his skills and stage presence.

Dan Chans’s wife is a super skilled balloon twister. The things she made with balloons were so cool!! The kids literally could as for anything! Her Disney princesses were my personal favorite. I had at least five parents ask me for her name and how to get her for their kids parties! Her son also came and did magic for us! He was really good and so personable and funny for being 13! I recommend her 100%!!

Both James and Grace were such an incredibly powerful addition to our event. James dazzled our crowds with his fireball and 5-ball juggling, while Grace made the coolest ballon twists. There were lines and crowds gathering for them both! They delighted our guests at every turn, and we cannot say enough great things about the card tricks too! We were not a foot from James and Dan while playing cards we had signed, showed up in back pockets and in impossible spots in the deck! We saw it with clear eyes and still cannot believe it! This family is engaging and delightful and fun, and we feel so fortunate to have found them! We cannot wait to work with them again at our next event! Just WOW!

He was even kind enough to include his virtuoso magician son, James, wowing us even more than we thought possible going into the event. We clapped, we laughed, we thought, and we cried. If you're looking to give 30ish people a good time via the virtual conferencing application "Zoom" - Dan is must-have entertainment.

The kids had a fantastic time! They each were able to take home a balloon creation (animal, mermaids, dinosaurs) and the birthday boy even got a never before asked...Qbert!
The magician was super cute and really skilled. He included the whole family with tricks that kept the kids entertained and adults laughing. He was super mature!

We just concluded our first trade show using Dan Chan, Billionaires’ Magician, and had no idea how much value he could add to our trade show presence. Dan executes with unconventional strategies for making the most impact with your trade-show dollar. He is not just an entertainer, but also customized his act to be our company’s brand ambassador. With trade-show space at a premium we had a very small foot-print; we needed something different. Dan spent a significant amount of time strategizing the gameplan with me prior to hiring him. When we got off the phone, I knew he was our secret weapon. When the the crowds weren’t coming to us, Dan shifted gears. He moved around the entire trade-show floor with an employee shadowing him. We captured footage of this as one of our employee took pictures and video. That employee also did a quick follow-up with each group after each presentation. Dan deliberately gravitated to the largest groups and longest lines to amplify our trade-show presence. For smaller crowds he did a quick "hit and run” with fast-paced visual effect. Quite often Dan built the crowds from nothing. The applause and cheering could be heard in the distance. He did nothing short of a miracle, with the smallest size booth, we had the largest crowds. He worked the company name into his act to help increase our product’s name recognition. This strategy of roaming around and targeting key people even allowed us to get the CEO of the trade-show organizer to say the magic words Cognizer AI (our company’s name). Best of all, this was captured on film. After pretty much everyone in the room saw him, he headed back over to the booth to boost the morale of the staff making it the most fun and successful trade-show in our company’s history. His act is diverse, smart, and extremely engaging, as is Dan himself. Dan is a consummate professional and we look forward to working with him again in the future!

Part of the lack of pizzazz was the physical arrangement of the students. Many students couldn't hear well or see what was going on on stage. The other part was that the magic seemed a little elementary at times. He had some good tricks, but I'm not sure they were perceived that way by the students. It seems like the kids really enjoyed his son within the act. I'm going to get feedback from the students and then pass that along. On my part, things were rushed at the end of the show, and I didn't get to say goodbye or thank him. I wished that he had dressed up a little more for the event; he did mention this to me when he got here.

Though the magic show was only somewhat compelling, Colin stayed extra time to be sure every kid got a balloon sword or scepter which was greatly appreciated.

Colin performed magic, balloon making and juggling to a group of about 8 kids, all ranging in age (from a baby through to a 16-year-old). He arrived early and was very high energy throughout the show (an hour and 45 mins). It was a Christmas party so people were in and out, eating food, talking etc, so it wasn't a "dedicated audience" type setting. Colin took that in stride and made an effort to provide fun for all of the kids. He also had a super sweet message about how kids can be whatever they want to be, and left a star bracelet with one of the kids, who is probably going to hold on to that for a very long time!

Dan and his young son added a fun experience for our guests at our company picnic. We had almost 2000 guests waiting in food lines and sitting at picnic tables eating, and Dan and his son roamed the crowd providing humor and great magic tricks. They were fun and entertaining - the magic was very impressive. I plan to book them again for our future corporate events.

Dan Chan was dependable and gave 2 awesome magic shows for the kids. He was entertaining for both kids & adults. He came prepared with his own microphone headset which made a huge difference for our noisy event. His 8 year old son preformed & was absolutely wonderful. I would definitely hire him again.

We celebrated the 5 year-birthday of our son in San Francisco. We invited around 27 kids from 2 to 7 year old and Fred did an amazing job at entertaining them, making them laugh and participate to his show. He also made balloon swords and animals for all the kids...and also fixed them:) We had a blast and would recommend Dan Chan Magic Man to all our friends. Thank you!!

We've hired Colin from Dan the Magicians group for a 4 year old girls birthday party. The whole experiance working with Dan and Colin was great! Dan was very responsive in getting the schedual correct, Colin made awesome balloons for the kids and was very patent and nice with them. Everyone at the party loved him. I would definetly recommended Dan and his coworkers!

I hired Alex Wu through the Bay Area Dinner Show and Dan Chan coordinated the gig for me. Dan was really helpful and helped me decide how to structure the performance for the party and gave me all the details up front.
Alex arrived early for the party to see where he'd perform in the house and make sure he was ready to go. He was super personable and did really great walking around entertaining the guests. He did a 20 minute standup show and then at least 40 minutes of walk-around entertainment. He did card tricks, really amazing slight of hand stuff, but really he was a comedian, too. He was really great with people and he was a super fun addition to the party. I'd highly recommend Dan and Alex and I'm looking forward to get seeing their show with all four of the performers. I think Alex said they play at the Dynasty Restaurant in Cupertino at Vallco Mall.

We had a show from Dan Chan Magic Man last Saturday. The performers were Alex and his friend. It was an excellent show. The performers were professional and very friendly. They got the pulse of the party and their magic tricks were very good. The kids and adults enjoyed the show thoroughly.

From the first contact I had witht them to when they left our facility after the show, Dan Chan & Kat the Acrobat were professional, thorough, and very pleasant. I work at a medium-sized public library and booked them for one of our special Summer reading Club Shows. They packed the place and performed with humor, grace, and skill to a crowd of babies to grandparents. I would hire them again, anytime, and I encourage you to do so as well.

As well as being a talented magician, Dan Chan is approachable, accessible and personable. I have hired several magicians over the past several years, and Dan is on my top 2 list. He did not disappoint. He is able to tailor his performances to fit the audience and occasion. In a word, he's fantastic.
