I had Dan for my husband's birthday party and I could not have been happier. He was very funny, my guests loved him, he was on time, and very polite and friendly to deal with.

Dan was absolutely phenomenal! The kids were a distraction running around and doing their own thing, but he worked with that in making everyone laugh and had a blast. His jokes were crowd pleasing and hilarious. I would definitely hire him again, but without kids in the crowd. Great job

I hired Dan for our corporate event. I always get nervous about the content when hiring a comedian for a work event. Not only was Dan hilarious, able to work off the cuff on stage, engaging and entertaining; he provided relatable and clean comedy for our particular crowd of 100. Dan was lovely to deal with from the quote stage, to the closing. He is professional and reliable. I would definitely hire Dan again if we host an event in the area.

Dan was fantastic performing at our adult birthday party for 25 friends. He pitched his set just right for our nerdy crowd, and everyone loved his show. Dan was a good sport over the 3-year-old that kept wandering into his show and thoroughly derailing things, just taking it in his stride.

I was hosting a nine hole golf event followed by dinner and drinks and was looking to add some last minute entertainment.
Late Wednesday evening I logged onto Gig Salad and put in a request to see if any comedians might be available to perform within 24 hours.
Gig Salad provided the perfect platform that I needed to fulfill my request. I recieveved several replies and after watching a few demos, I immediately reached out to Dan Crohn.
I booked Dan on Thursday morning and I couldnt have made a better choice. We spoke on the phone prior to finalizing everything and he made an excellent suggestion. He recommended that he bring in Caroline Cooke as an opener for the first 15 minutes and that she would introduce and bring him onto the stage, where he would then perform for the following 45 minutes.
It worked out great! The content was witty, fast, funny and appropriate. The audience ranged in age from 35 to 75. Both comediens were able to provide content that was engaging and funny to all!! I recieved great feedback from everyone and would certainly recommend Caroline and Dan to anyone looking for a night of hearty chuckles! Thanks for making our country club nine and dine a success!

Dan performed virtually for our department's winter/holiday celebration and was excellent!! He was very professional and his jokes were appropriate for a business setting, while still incredibly funny. He did a great job engaging the audience over Zoom and had everyone laughing and smiling for his entire set, which is exactly what we all needed after the year that was 2020. He was great to work with, very responsive, and I would highly recommend him!

I hired Dan to do 15mins of stand up for our company Zoom happy hour and it was awesome! I wasn't sure how stand up would translate via Zoom but it worked out great and he was really funny and everyone got a good laugh and enjoyed themselves. Highly recommend him!

I hired Dan to preform as the entertainment for the dinner we recently had at our country club. This was our annual member-guest golf tournament and the crowd varies greatly in age and demographic. Dan was able to keep everyone laughing with a great PG13 act. I would hire him again in a second!!!

We were very excited to find Dan for our son's 12th birthday party through Gig Salad. We were looking to find some special and different entertainment...it was a special birthday celebration. Our son was getting his hair cut on his birthday to donate to charity! Dan told us we were his first booking through this service. We didn't realize it would be so difficult to find a comedian who would be suitable for our age group....we went through many profiles before we stumbled upon Dan's. When we saw that he was a retired school teacher, that is what sold us! And we are not sorry. He kept the kids engaged. His material was fresh and relevant! We loved seeing the grins on the kids faces....as well as the adults :) thank you Dan and Gig Salad for helping to make our son's special birthday celebration so memorable!
