DTOMB provides Interactive comedy and music. An old fashion one man band with instruments strapped to his body. Dan is suitable for all ages. Whether it's on a stage or roving, Dan is flexible and able to adapt. He comes with his own PA system that can easily be patched into a bigger PA system if required.
Performing professionally for over 30 years, DTOMB is great for corporate gigs, parties, anniversaries, children's festivals, grand openings and any event where people are looking for musical fun!
Dan the One Man Band was awesome!!
We had so much fun with him at our rehearsal dinner!
He was exactly what we expected and more!
A wonderful entertainer, so talented!
Thank you, Dan, for making our party so special!!
Response from Dan the One Man Band:
Thank you, Yvonne. I appreciate your review. It was a fun party, and your group were such good sports. I don’t recall another celebration like that, where two spontaneous conga lines happened within an hour long performance! Such fun.
Dan the One Man Band worked so well with me as I tried to set up this surprise. I changed dates, time and venue but he made it happen. It was a great surprise. I couldn't attend but we worked through arrangements and payment very easily. I recommend involving Dan in any surprise prank event. Thanks Dan!

Dan provides a fun and engaging performance. He is suitable for all ages. Lots of silly jokes, some cover songs, some originals. Dan is the complete package. Guitar, Drum, Cymbals, Tambourine, Harmonica, Egg Shaker, Kazoo and a powerful singing voice. A recent review of his Rockin' Roadside Show, went something like this:
Friends:
As we all seek to find a wee bit of levity, I would like to “introduce” to you, Dan the One Man Band. Maybe you have seen Dan performing at local festivals or events. He is an absolute joy and raises the roof each and every time he performs.
I have no vested interest in Dan’s business but I am a huge fan and an advocate of the “support local” mantra. With all of our festivals and get togethers cancelled this summer, it’s wonderful to support the local arts and those who bring so much joy to our events.
I have hired Dan a number of times including YPO events, charity events and, most recently, he came to my home and did a driveway performance as my immediate family celebrated my daughter’s graduation. Neighbors came out of their homes and cheered Dan on from their lawns and driveways.
When you have a day to celebrate, want to raise the bar and make your family smile from ear to ear, all while physical distancing, think about hiring Dan for a set.
I’ve attached his brochure with contact info.
Virtual hugs to you!
Abby
Fairs, exhibitions, schools, sporting events, grand openings, private parties, corporate events and festivals, Dan the One Man Band’s career has spanned more than two decades and 5 continents.
Dan Duguay credits his success with the fact that he is passionate about music and he loves to see people laugh and have fun. As early as two years of age, he was dancing around to popular music to make his parents and grandparents laugh.
Dan caught the performance bug in his early teen years when he discovered his singing voice. With hours of practice, he learned to do two things at the same time, play guitar and sing. For the next few years he could often be found singing and playing for anyone who would listen. Once he decided to get other parts of his body in on the orchestration his destiny was sealed. He could gather a crowd nearly anyplace he went.
Even though he has been fortunate enough to play music for a living and has performed literally thousands of shows and travelled to every habitable continent, he still gets the biggest thrill from the spontaneity and interaction with the audience. A yappy dog is always fodder for a duet of “Hound Dog” or a dancing child will always be encouraged to share their talents with the rest of the audience.
The ability to roll with the punches and leave them with music in their hearts and a unique and memorable experience may explain why Dan the One Man Band is invited back time and again to festivals and events.
Street festivals, fairs, exhibitions, corporate events, parties, cd releases, Hollywood movies, sporting events, weddings, boat cruises, schools, marriage, two children....The band keeps playing and just won't stop!
Dan can accommodate most gatherings of up to 300 people.
