DJ Bryce was our music maestro extraordinaire for our wedding. He was super professional and attentive in the pre-wedding meeting. Really taking the time to understand the energy and vibe we were going for. At the wedding he was on it! Super fun! Read the crowd. Kept the dance floor and our guests engaged. We also had a secret look when we needed something from him. Ha ha. He was always watching out for us. We got so many compliments from our guests. Hands down would recommend DJ Bryce for any and all events we have!!! Thank you…we appreciate you DJ Bryce!

DJ Kamau was awesome! I highly recommend him. He kept people dancing the whole event, and I was very happy with the turnout. He showed up and prepared plenty of time beforehand so he was ready right when the event started. He scheduled a call with me beforehand to make sure we had a game plan. We booked DJ Sammy for our corporate event this spring and he was amazing! He set up a call with us a week beforehand to get our input on how we wanted the music to go throughout the night. He was very independent with set up and needed very little (to no) oversite to prepare for the night which was amazing for me who had 8 million other things to worry about. He played exactly the style of music that we requested and felt out the vibe of the room well. He checked in with me periodically throughout the night and made sure we got exactly what we wanted.

We hired Sammy from Dancing DJ Productions for the grand opening of our Company's newest apartment complex. Sammy was professional, punctual, and had great instincts on the type of music that would best suit the atmosphere of the party. He involved me in the selection of the music and paid close attention to the timeline of our event. Cannot say enough great things about Dancing DJ Productions! DJ Mark kept our guests out on the dancefloor all night long during our 3-11-22 wedding at La Valencia in La Jolla & was so incredibly accommodating of all of our requests throughout the night- he even went so far as to help clean up broken glasses on the dancefloor as guests boogied the night away. He and Will made the entire music process a breeze- from prelude music to our last song- and we can't imagine our wedding without them

Hosted a 30th birthday party for my fiance and used Dancing DJ Productions for a DJ and photo booth. And to say they did a great job is an understatement. Our DJ, Sammy was amazing. He got people on the dance floor and kept them there. I could not ask for more from him. And the photo booth was a big hit as well it seemed like there was always people taking photos and the photo booth attendant Lucas was just as awesome. He engaged with everyone and made sure everything came out great. Everyone I interacted with from Dancing DJ Productions was friendly, upbeat and helpful. Will from Dancing DJ Productions was a perfect choice for our wedding! We spent a lot of time researching DJs in the San Diego area and were so happy with our choice!! Will was extremely communicative, understood exactly what our "vision" for music was, and we had an absolute blast on the wedding day! DJ Allen and Will were exceptional to work with! They have very reasonable prices, and they were extremely communicative throughout the entire process, especially when we had to postpone our wedding a year. Leading up to the event, DJ Allen joined on calls with us to plan, and had everything prepared. He did an AMAZING job during the ceremony, cocktail hour, for all of the dances, and the reception. I am so excited to leave this review! Will’s team came through for us when we needed them the most! We got married June 20th, 2021 and due to COVID, my husband and I had to find a completely new DJ one month before our wedding. It was a stressful scrambling situation, but Mitch was available for our wedding date and helped us out when we really needed it. First of all, I love how their website introduces you to the DJ and you can hear some of their work/get to know them. Mitch was our day-of DJ for our wedding and he answered ALL of our million questions over the phone and was just a calming presence throughout the entire process! He provided everything from ceremony music to grand entrance mixes to reception music and gave us tips from his very extensive experiences to make the day flow seamlessly. Also, Will and his team were able to put together a mix for our father/daughter dance with short notice and carried it out flawlessly! They were VERY responsive and professional in all of their communication. Mitch was an incredible DJ and I cannot say enough good things about him. I would recommend him for anyone looking to have an amazing DJ that you and your guests will rave about. After our ceremony, Mitch worked efficiently with our wedding coordinator to herd the wedding party for the grand entrance. EVERYONE in our wedding party commented on how organized and great he was. His emceeing was great and we loved how he introduced all of our wedding party and made all of the announcements! And one of the biggest parts of our wedding was the DANCING! My husband and I really wanted an amazing DJ that played music that we wanted, felt out the crowd, and kept people on the dance floor. Mitch succeeded at all of these and we got so many compliments about him! It was such a memorable reception and we really could not have done it without Mitch. Kaleb DJ'd my boyfriend's 50th birthday party. The day before the event, Kaleb called us to make sure we were aligned on our expectations and we shared the vibe we wanted to create at the party. Kaleb was professional and friendly and open to guest requests. He read the crowd and played music accordingly to get everyone dancing. We would definitely hire Kaleb in the future.

Highly recommend Dancing DJ Productions and DJ Mike for any special event! Quick response time and easy to work with! DJ Mike made my themed 50th birthday party spectacular! Loved working with him on music choice. He totally got my party vibe and went above and beyond my music expectation. My friends raved (and are still raving) about DJ Mike and how he got everyone up and dancing! DJ Mike knows music and how to make your party truly memorable!

DJ Mitch was amazing. We had so many people come up to us during and after the wedding giving us feedback on how much they enjoyed the music selection and the flow of the entire wedding. He literally made all my wedding music dreams come true! I wanted a 90's pop, top 40, modern yet throwback feel for our wedding music, and in my opinion everything went off without a hitch! My friends especially enjoyed the hour where I wanted just boy bands to play; my guests called it karaoke throwback hour from our generation. Mitch suggested that we used the anniversary dance to build the dance floor and it was the perfect touch to start open dance. It flowed so nicely, starting with us who were married for less then 24 hours :); since we were one of late bloomers to get married, so many married couples were able to get out there! He got the dance floor filled and open dance went on for like 3+ or so hours. DJ Mitch was great at making announcements for when we would cut the cake, or when our dessert vendor start serving ice cream. Mitch played all of my crazy song requests, even with my last minute request he was able to find the Chinese version of Coldplay's song "yellow" from the movie "crazy rich Asians". The planning portal was super easy to use and navigate. He is very flexible with communication through email, text, and phone. The venue was beautiful, we used 2 hues of pink for up-lighting through Dancing DJ's, and we went with their projector to play our continuous loop of a slideshow in the background. He checked in on us a few times during the wedding to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. I didn't have to follow up with anything, he was very communicative with my planner, photographer, videographer and even officiant to make sure everyone got what they needed as far as music, cues, and microphones during ceremony and reception (speeches, etc.). Dancing DJ Productions is so professional and accommodating with everything and anything. There is no doubt that communication is a strong point, with reminder emails, checking in at certain points of the planning process and making sure your time line stays up to date and music is not forgotten. We used DJ Mitch from the ceremony music, cocktail hour, and for the rest of the reception. He was with us from start to finish. I loved his work so much, we ended up sending him an extra gift post wedding day! Thank you so much to DJ Mitch again for making my wedding music dreams come true :) Hire him and dancing DJ's for all your wedding or party needs!

Tom Parkin of dancing DJ productions was our DJ and I feel like we made the best choice! First of all, before your wedding they give you access to this great site where you can add your requests/do not play/ dedications. They also have a great timeline feature that allows you to pick the songs for all your reception activities (like first dance, bouquet toss, etc...). That was Extremely helpful and easy to use. We spoke with Tom two times before the wedding, and he made sure everything was how it should be. He introduced himself before our grand entrance and was so polite and personable. When it came down to music, Tom was the Best! He played a really great playlist for the dinner and when it was time to dance he kept everyone on the dance floor. There wasn't any song where someone wasn't on the dance floor! Everyone had such a blast!

We recently booked a DJ and Emcee for our formal recital and dance event. Mark Jones was our sound engineer for the event and provided all the announcements and custom music for the dancers. He was extremely professional, helpful and really took our event to the next level. We have done events in the past, but this event was bigger and we had professional dancers, TV stars and musical artist present. It was a stressful setting all this up, but having Mark there gave us a sense of calm. We are hoping Mark is still around next year when we do this all again. First of all, the reviews for Dancing DJ Productions were all pretty perfect, which initially made me skeptical. Turns out the reviews don't lie! From the moment we inquired, we received a super quick reply from DJ Will with all the information you need and want. The process toward the contract was very simple and we quickly signed. They have so many additional services--we added the uplighting and photo booth.

You'll receive an email to remind you of the important things like if you're due for your payment and then some time before the actual day to speak with your DJ. We got DJ Tom!! When spoke with him to go over all the details, he was so pleasant and easy. Our call was thorough and helpful for us. As the day approached, my husband and I were terrified our wedding would be boring (because we think we're boring). You would have laughed at that thought, because on the day, people were dancing the night away! The floor was filled. We didn't give DJ Tom super specific song selections. We mostly just gave him a total guess of what general genres we felt our friends would like. We had a wide spectrum of guests (conservative elderly family, international family, college friends, childhood friends, all different ages). Everyone. Danced. Everyone.

People still rave to us about how great DJ Tom was, and we're forever grateful. Thank you, DJ Tom. You're a lifesaver and memory maker!! Five stars, hands down. 10/10. 100%

Will was or DJ and Emcee for our wedding. He did an awesome job. He played good music and had everyone dancing on the dance floor. Will had an online timeline for our wedding and also a list of many songs/artists to choose from which was very helpful. I would highly recommend DJ Will.

DJ Will Chitwood did an excellent job. Our families & friends love to dance and he did an excellent job reading the audience and mixing up the music. He played a good balance of top wedding dance songs + our hip hop/rap requests + circa 2000s. He was also super easy to work with, fast responder (which makes a HUGE difference during wedding planning). He's played at my friends weddings and has done at excellent job then as well. Couldn't recommend him highly enough.

Will did a great job in putting together an awesome set list and keeping the party going. There were people on the dance floor the entire night once we got going! Not only that, he did a great job emceeing the reception, and working with the day-of coordinator to keep things running on schedule. He played some great tunes, put up with me being late with all of the song requests, brought a killer photo booth with him, set up great uplighting, and led the cupid shuffle. The wedding was a hit, and Will was no small part of that.

DJ Tom helped make our wedding so much fun! We talked about a week before the wedding to go over everything and he was just so kind and helpful! The day of the wedding we had a few last minute changes and DJ Tom made it so smooth it was like everything was originally planned that way! We would 150% recommend dancing DJ and especially DJ Tom to DJ your wedding or any other party!

I just used this company again for a party and was just as impressed the second time! DJ Allen did a fantastic job from start to finish. He showed up well before guests arrived and was ready to go on time. He chose great dinner music then had a full group dancing with his first song when the dance floor opened. He was professional, friendly, and willing to let us request music throughout the evening. Will definitely use him again!

DJ Tom was extremely professional and organized, and very easy to work with. Prior to the wedding, Tom ensured to review our entire reception timeline with us to confirm he had everything set for the big day. He also asked us about our music tastes and about any specific requests for songs and about details regarding the reception schedule. The online portal made it very easy to submit our requests and any additional details we wanted to include. At the event itself, for the grand entrance at the reception, DJ Tom checked that everyone was ready to go and in the correct order before starting, which was a big deal for us considering how big our wedding party was. He also kept the party going all night long! The dance floor was always full and everyone had an amazing time. Thanks so much, DJ Tom!!

Mark was AMAZING! We first saw him at the Shadowridge open house and were immediately vibing on him. We hit it off with him right away. He asked us what type of music we liked and our only request was that he kept people dancing. We didn't want anyone in their chairs. And Mark delivered way beyond our expectations. The dance floor was always packed! We had a lot of shy people but the music brought everyone to the dance floor! We also got up lighting that made the dance floor and the whole venue pop! Dj Mark had called us in advance to ask what songs we would like and we left it totally up to him. The only songs we chose were the father daughter dance and our first dance. We put all our trust into his judgement and he did not fail us. He even suggested "the shoe game" which we had never heard of. Where the couple sit back to back and answer questions about each other using their shoes. "Who's the better cook? Who is the better kisser? Who is more messy?" It was really fun and entertaining for everyone. We wish we could get married again just to have him back! We're recommending him to EVERYONE! Birthday parties, Graduations, Anniversaries, Quinces, Anything! If you get Dj Mark It'll be a fantastic time!

DJ Tom killed it at our wedding! His list was incredibly detailed and organized so we could create themes and ideas for every moment of our reception. We opted for karaoke and he was a wonderful host, striking the perfect balance between singing and the occasional dance hit. He didn't miss a beat!! Working with him and with Will leading up to the big day was always easy and fun! We would highly recommend Dancing DJ and DJ Tom in particular!! We also went with the photo booth which was the best idea! Fun for guests and a nice memento to keep.

My wife and I hired DJ Will for our wedding & reception and we couldn't be happier with how it went! DJ Will was helpful and communicative in advance of the wedding. He provides an online form for planning the timeline and song requests (and do-not-play requests) that is easy and intuitive to use. At the event DJ Will was great as an MC and always had the right mix of music to match the mood of the party. Can't recommend DJ Will enough!

DJ Will was amazing, he exceeded my expectations. I heard every single song request that I put in and loved the songs that he played that were not requested by us. Additionally, he also played music that was requested by our guest. Lastly, DJ Will gets the crowd going at one point our dance floor was completely full. Awesome experience, from booking through to the event. Super easy planning interface which allowed for us to do some fun, non-traditional things. DJ Mitch was also super accommodating with our non-traditional attendant titles (bridesmen/groomsmaids) and lots of music that were non-traditional selections. They will work with you, and if there is a problem on the day of your event, they are understanding and will do anything to ensure your day goes as planned! Tom was great on the day of the wedding. He was able to integrate the requests from guests and our own preferences seamlessly. Will was amazing at our wedding! From the beginning, he was careful to work with our budget and make sure that we weren't sacrificing anything that was important to us. He has years of experience DJing weddings and I felt really comfortable trusting him with ours from our first call. I planned our wedding in San Diego from northern California and he was very professional and clearly communicated everything even though we couldn't meet in person.

I would recommend Dancing DJ Productions to anyone for their wedding or event. They were very communicative, professional, and they worked with us every step of the way to make sure the event would go exactly as we wanted it. They have a website service that let us organize our event schedule, indicate specific songs for special moments during the ceremony and reception, and make categorized playlists (must play, play if possible, do not play). We were paired with DJ Bryce. He called us a few days before to confirm timings, that he had the right versions of each song we wanted, announcements he should make, and the level of MC'ing we wanted from him. We preferred a more low-key approach than we've seen at some weddings, and he did an amazing job. He checked in with us throughout the reception and made our announcements well. The company also has a few upgrades available, so we were easily able to add on a photo booth at a great price and it was also very professionally put together and helped complete a wonderful experience.

Will did an amazing job. He was the DJ for my daughter's wedding. He was in charge of the music and set-up for the actual ceremony as well as the reception. My daughter and I both enjoyed working with him. My daughter found him to be especially helpful in terms of giving her suggestions when she was planning out all of the music for her wedding. I especially appreciated how organized he was. He kept everything moving along like clock-work. Best of all, he was very entertaining and kept the celebration going all night. I will definitely use Dancing DJ Productions again and will request Will.

It's so refreshing to work with a true professional! DJ Will is extremely responsive to email, will work with you to create the exact event experience you want, and be at the venue, setup, and ready to go well before your start time. Even more importantly, all of our guests had so much fun! He was able to play the songs they wanted and his setup sounded perfect for the space. I'm looking forward to using DDJP for our next event!

During the wedding planning process you talk to a lot of vendors, photographers, and DJs. Aside from my best man, Will was the easiest choice my now wife and I made through the whole thing! He impressed us immediately during the first meeting with his professionalism, preparedness, and knowledge of the local San Diego venues.

Will was always very prompt in responding to messages, gave great suggestions in regards to music selections or lighting for the venue, his planning website was very convenient and easy to use, and Will even sent reminders to us when the event was getting close and we still had details to fill out. There wasn't a single worry or concern regarding him after choosing him as our DJ.

Will was also very helpful on the day of our wedding, as we did not have a coordinator or wedding planner, he sort of stepped in and assisted whenever we had questions about how events were supposed to go. When we were going to do the grand entrance, he came out and talked us through the process and then verified our dinner timeline with us before we went in to assure that things went smoothly (which was great because we had last minute changes we forgot about until he asked).

The mood Will created for dinner was absolutely perfect based on what we had discussed with him during our planning sessions! He did a wonderful job directing the guests when they needed to be directed, and had great situational awareness when it came to allowing people to eat, allowing my wife and I to do a tour of the room to talk to guests, and starting and directing the toasts.

When it came time for us to let loose and boogie, Will nailed it! We were a little worried since we had a smaller wedding that people wouldn't be quite as willing to dance, but Will was able to get people up and moving with ease! The dance floor was hopping all night, and on the very rare occasion that a song wasn't working, Will noticed and changed it up very quickly to get things right back on track!

I absolutely can't recommend Will enough! He did a great job DJ'ing our reception and everyone had a fantastic time!

Will was great! He was very easy to communicate with and ensured that everyone at the reception had a great time. He arrived at the location on time and was set up on time to begin entertaining our guests. We also had a quick chat to go over the itinerary so we could go over the type of feel we were looking for in each segment of our event.

DJ Bryce was awesome, he really helped bring out the atmosphere we wanted for our wedding. When we needed certain announcements and to get the party going, he certainly delivered and a fun time was had by all. He listened to all of our needs and requests and had great suggestions that made our reception exactly what we wanted. Bryce definitely listened to our input from the meeting he held and subsequent follow up phone calls, and had our wishes on his mind through the entire process. He managed the timeline without rushing anything, and managed to play all the songs that we wanted when we had requested. This was Bryce's first Jewish wedding, and he nailed it with the horrah and other traditions. He was so organized and professional, it was like having a wedding coordinator, he thought of things that we hadn't. The dancing dj productions process is great. There is a web portal that organizes the entire wedding and reception, down to every last detail. It literally was the layout for our entire ceremony and reception, from the timeline, song requests, and which traditions we did or didn't want included. Due to our remote venue, we did not have a rehearsal, you would have never known, Bryce had the entire event running smoothly (even without power at the ceremony site!) Thank you Dancing DJ Productions and especially DJ Bryce, we will definitely be requesting you for our next party!

DJ Mitch was so great. Very professional and helped me handle everything. As stressful as that event can be, it really helped to have vendors who you could totally trust to get everything done. Will and his team did a great job! We had a very specific theme aboard the USS Midway for our 300 international guests. He and his team did a great job sticking to it, working on the fly, were very accommodating and professional, and took initiative where they needed to at the same time. Great job guys!

We hired DJ Will to DJ our ceremony and reception. I attended a wedding he did two years ago and after that I knew I wanted him to DJ our wedding. From the time we had our consultation to the time of our event, he was timely with questions and very organized. This really helped take the stress off of a soon-to-be bride! He is an expert at what he does, his transitions were amazing and the entire event flowed perfectly. He is engaging on the dance floor and can read a crowd beautifully. I highly recommend for Corporate Events! DJ Dylan added alot of flavor to our awards dinner and then built on the excitement throughout the rest of the night. So much that we had to extend the event! DJ Will was our wedding DJ at Ethereal Open Air Resort on February 9, 2018. He was incredible. Highly recommend. Will was extremely attentive and thorough from the time we met him (5 months earlier), until the music stopped at the end of the wedding reception. He has a very user friendly software program that allows you pick and manage all of the music you wish to be played. When it came to the day of our wedding, everything was perfect. He was able to accommodate all our songs, plus did a great job of reading the crowd to keep the party going. His pricing is very reasonable for his excellent service!

Will was great to work with. He took the time to make sure he knew what kind of wedding we were trying to have and then took it from there. His song selection was great, karaoke equipment, and photo booth really help to enhance the feel of our wedding. AHHH Mark Jones is an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING DJ. We've had many Employee Appreciation parties where everyone left early bc the DJ wasn't good but last night was the first in many years where ALL the partners said this is our best party yet thanks to the DJ. We had Will DJ our wedding at the Crossings at Carlsbad and he was everything we hoped for. He was super responsive and his online planning portal made the process of picking songs easy and stress free. He also included a checklist of all the important moments (some of which we forgot about ourselves) so that we could specifically pick the songs for things like cake cutting, bouquet toss, anniversary dance, etc. He then went a step further and planned a meeting with us to go over everything over the phone before the big day so we could just sit back and relax. His music choices were right on par with what we were looking for and he kept the energy up all night long! He also was able to provide photo booth service so we had a way for our guests to document their night and have something fun to take home. As the night went on, Dancing DJ Productions made sure to keep copies of every photo taken and presented us with a scrapbook made right on the spot. Highly recommend!

DJ Mitch couldn't have been a better choice for our wedding! Ultimately, our reception was so fun and we got the most compliments after the wedding on how great our DJ was! I wasn’t too thrilled with our wedding coordinator, so I was thankful for Mitch being there to keep our reception moving smoothly. He worked with our photographer to make sure they were both aware of when the big moments would happen i.e. speeches, bouquet toss, etc. and kept us in the loop too so we knew what was going on and when. Throughout the planning process Mitch was very accessible for our questions, changes, etc. and came at a reasonable price compared to other DJs we looked into. Would hire him again anytime. We had DJ Will for our company holiday party and he was excellent! A guest list of different ages and musical tastes, and all were included...which was so much fun...the dance floor was groovin all night long! DJ Will was our DJ for our wedding and reception and he was wonderful! About 80% of our guests were from out of state and most had never met before. We also had a pretty decent age gap between our family members and friends, so we were pretty worried about there being a lot of awkward gaps in time and not a lot of dancing. In fact, we'd been warning people that it might be an awkward reception. Holy moly were we wrong!!! Will was FANTASTIC at reading the crowd and knew just what music to play - he was a complete hit with everyone, and we had people up and moving all night!

We also used Will's photo booth, which was also a great decision. We LOVE our photo strip guest book that we got at the end of the night. It's one of our favorite keepsakes!

The icing on the cake is that Will is so incredibly easy to work with. Amazing! We had our wedding a few weeks ago and DJ Will was wonderful to work with - we met with him in person, he had a lot of really helpful information, easy to work with, read the crowd really well and kept things moving - audio equipment was great and did not have any issues.

Will is definitely a full service package. We were able to utilize his team for our ceremony, cocktail hour, the reception, lighting, and photo booth. His website is very interactive, and we were able to form many different song lists and have as much control as we wanted. We actually were able to make a list of songs to "Never Play", "Only Play if Requested", etc, which was very important to my wife, who is more the music buff of the two of us. He worked with the venue staff and day of planner to orchestrate everything, and was extremely easy to work with.

Will DJed our wedding a couple weeks ago and the whole experience was fantastic! He sent out many detailed emails and had a very user friendly online form that we filled out so that he knew exactly what we wanted and what was happening day of. He kept in contact a month out, a few weeks out, and a few days out which made me feel very comfortable. You are able to choose how much interaction the DJ has and he really keeps the flow going well. He played a great mix of music which kept everyone happy. We got so many comments throughout the night on how GREAT the DJ was! We also used Dancing DJ Productions' Photo Booth which was a HUGE hit. They provided the props and gave us a photobook with all the pictures in it after. Every time I looked over, there were people using it!

Our wedding was on 9/3/17. We researched SOOO many different DJs to see what each of them had to offer. Some were expensive, some were pushy, and some didn't give us the greatest vibes. That was not the case here. When I called Dancing DJ Productions I spoke to Will. Great conversation, great vibes, and super helpful! We knew from the first conversation that Will was the one we wanted to DJ our wedding. He made the process so easy and answered all of my many questions. We also hired the Photo Booth through Will and it was awesome! The attendant, Kimberly, was great! She made sure all of our guests had fun taking pictures at the booth and put together a book for us to keep with a copy of all of the pictures taken and a thumb drive with all of the pictures as well! We really liked how there were many options to pick from for our photo strips and back drop!

With our venue having both an indoor and outdoor area, I knew our families and friends would be torn between enjoying the evening views or kicking up their heels on the dance floor. If you are looking for a DJ for your wedding in San Diego, look no further! Tom recently DJ'd our wedding and did a fantastic job. A+ on the preparation side of things; the online platform for playlist editing and wedding timeline was so easy to use. Tom did a great job sticking to the script but also was a total pro when audibles needed to be called mid-wedding.

The bottom line, at the end of the night our guests told us it was the best dancing wedding they had ever been to. Tom did a fantastic job playing all the songs we wanted but in the order that really kept the dance party going.

We worked with DJ Will for our recent wedding. He was professional, punctual and good with our crowd. We had a morning ceremony and an afternoon reception. He kept our mellow crowd entertained and dancing until the end. He emceed us through the events of the day and kept us on schedule. We knew we didn't have to keep track of anything and we could enjoy our day. The online planning tool was very user friendly and really helped us get a grasp of how we wanted things. DJ Will and his fantastic team DJ'ed our daughter's Bat Mitzvah in April. We were SO impressed with them from start to finish. They made the party so incredibly FUN!! Will was the perfect choice as a DJ for our wedding last week. I found Will online through Wedding Wire while planning my wedding from 400 miles away and on short notice. We talked a couple of times and he sent me links for choosing my timeline and songs. He was organized, on time, so easy and fun to work with! Our wedding was small and a couple of timing items were TBD because I had not seen the location for the backyard wedding until 3 days before the big day! Will was flexible and adjusted what he needed to do without any fuss. He even cued me on when to walk out for the processional. He engaged the crowd, played the music we wanted, and had karaoke for us to sing later in the evening. I would recommend Will and hope I have a chance to use him again for another party.

Dancing DJ Will was great at the Prado Loggia Room for our December wedding! He made us feel totally prepared with the questionnaire and music request list. I appreciated the phone call the week of the wedding to go over all the music and MC details. He did just the right amount of interactivity and played some super-fun dance songs to get people having a great time. He got all our must-plays in....even the obscure family requests :) Very organized and kept the flow nicely. We also added blue uplighting which was a great addition. And we loved the dance floor lights for when the party really got going! So glad we added karaoke onto our package- it made for some great memories and DJ Will was so nice to all our guests. Oh and the photo booth was great, too! We even got a nice scrapbook of our guests' photo strips with messages to take home. We are really glad we chose him and definitely recommend!!

Dancing Djs did a fantastic job at our wedding! We used DJ Greg during our ceremony and cocktail hour to do live acoustic guitar and he didn't disappoint! Absolutely beautiful music. For the reception we used DJ Will and he kept everyone dancing all night. It was a huge plus to me how much was included with Dancing DJ Productions. We were able to get our photobooth through them, slideshow, dance floor lighting and the mix of live and DJ music. They had absolutely everything I needed and made life easier going through a single vendor instead of multiple. The unique thing about Dancing DJs is that they also provided an online worksheet we could use to hand-select songs before the wedding. I was a pretty picky bride music wise and it was great that I could put songs on a "do not play list". The only problem we had with them is that they actually had to end the music on time when everyone was chanting "one more song"... I guess we can blame the hotel noise ordinances! Seriously the best and would use over and over again and recommend to anyone getting married or having a party in San Diego!

Dj will is the best it gets. The whole process from finding a Dj to our wedding last song it was super smooth. He answers you super fast which as a bride I really appreciated that, he had a great website for you to choose songs from each moment of the wedding. And most important for me it was the work on the day of the wedding which was outstanding. We hired him for ceremony, cocktail, dinner and reception, we also got some lighting and a photo booth from him, and everything turned out perfect. I had a Dj bail on me so then here comes Will to the rescue and made my wedding a nice party that everyone felt comfortable, excited, joyful and upbeat because of his quick understanding of my crowd. This guy knew exactly what to play and when to play it. My wife and I weren't that specific in what to play but this guy Will blew it out of the water every time, whether it was grabbing some food or the getting people to get up and dance Will definitely came through big time!

Dancing DJ production did an excellent job at our wedding in March. Will was easy to work with and everything went great. He was able to coordinate with the venue about times, etc which made me feel confident that things would run smoothly the day of. The Dancing DJ website was also great and easy to use. You could easily fill out all the info for the event and update it any time before submission. He was also able to get any song we wanted, even if it wasn't on his website online. He checked that he had the correct version of the special songs we wanted for our ceremony/dances which was great. What a relief to have someone handle all those things so well. The photo booth was a complete hit and it allowed the guest to upload to their social media right there. The lights he provided were a wonderful addition to the ambiance making the venue the perfect oasis I was hoping for. Thanks Will! I will be calling you for our next event.

Wow, what can we say? DJ Will did a great job at our daughter's April wedding! He did the ceremony music and sound just right, even making sure he got the exact versions of the processional and recessional music that the bride & groom requested - that's an important point in any wedding.

The reception was a blast! With great music and perfect lighting, Will handled everything so smoothly, from the traditional dance songs being subtly shortened (as requested), then going table to table during dinner and taking the guest's song requests. He also MC'ed the popular Shoe Game, then deftly shuffled the reception timeline to move up the cake cutting, as top tiers were trying to slide. We had a lot of kids who enjoyed the dancing and Will chose great music that brought the adult guests out on the floor as well, but was appropriate for those young ears. He also led a few dances, which was so much fun!

Will was on time, all his equipment worked flawlessly and he was simply awesome to have as our DJ. We have heard so many compliments on how fun the reception was and we owe quite a bit of that to DJ Will! Who could ask for more? Thank you, Will

I met Will at a Bridal Bazaar about a year before my Wedding - I'd seen his website and had been looking forward to meeting him based on all of the positive reviews. I can say, without question, that all of those reviews are dead on.

Will ran the show for our July 2015 wedding and we couldn't have been happier with the results. He handled our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception - the sound was great - the music and transitions were on point - he made sure to be exactly what WE wanted and was a major part of making our event so perfect.

Will Chitwood was absolutely the best dj I could ever even imagine! We definitely put his skills to the test by requesting songs ranging from Two Chains to Spice Girls but he accomadated it all! We told him we wanted him to be interactive with the crowd and get everyone on the dance floor and he exceeded our expectations on that as well! He himself even got on the dance floor to do the Macarena and got all the guests involved. At one point he had us do the Congo line and I kid you not he got the ENTIRE crowd to join in on it! He by far exceeded all of our expectations and really made our wedding the best party ever!! I definitely recommend Dancing DJ Productions to everyone!
