Solo cellist comfortable in a wide array of styles, from classical to jazz and pop. Can play amplified, and has been known to use a loop pedal to create an ensemble sound with just one musician. Extremely flexible and open to suggestions.
Daniel did a wonderful job of braving the snow storm and arriving on time at my home. His music was varied and I can tell you he is going places!
Daniel did a fantastic job at our outdoor wedding ceremony in September. He was communicative and helpful through the planning process, and played the songs we requested beautifully and with perfect timing.
Daniel helped to make my mother's memorial service very special. He was on time, prepared and he's a gifted musician.

Daniel is experienced performing a number of different genres, and is very open to song requests if they are ahead of time. He can adapt to the size of your event, and has amplification if needed. He most typically performs classical, jazz, or pop music, and can create a setlist mixing these genres if desired.
Daniel is the antithesis of the stereotypical string musician. He is a strong improviser in several styles, can learn by ear, and knows how to play amplified with any ensemble, all while having strong technical and sight-reading abilities. He graduated in 2024 from the Berklee College of Music with degrees in Cello Performance and Contemporary Writing & Production, studying with legends like Jason Anick, Sara Caswell, and Eugene Friesen.
He released his first completely original Jazz EP, Pebble Park, in 2021. Afterward, Daniel continued to grow his skills and his network and became one of the most sought-after cellists at Berklee, as well as a notable arranger. He has been credited on over 40 released songs on both cello and electric bass; and performs with artists such as Mel Fine, Emily Sclar, and Anna Vitipl. He also taught K-12 students through the non-profit group City Strings United, providing free lessons and instruments to students in need.
Daniel is an avid fan of musical theater and has performed in pits with collegiate and regional theaters around Massachusetts, including the College Light Opera Company. He is also featured on the developmental album of the all new musical Isabella of Boston by Neil Klein and Avery L. Ingvarson.
