Awesome duo

This is the second time we have hired steel drum player Danny Irie and vocalist JC to perform as a duo during the cocktail hour (and a half) of my Club's annual celebration of the British Commonwealth. Danny and JC were once again easy to engage, punctual, and chose a selection of tunes that were perfectly suited for our event. With Danny playing and JC singing with her beautiful silky voice and providing rhythm, the duo's performance was interesting for our guests without intruding on our guests' conversations. Of course the fact that Danny Irie is from Trinidad and JC from London, England was the cherry on top of our Commonwealth Night. There were many reasons we engaged them a second time and they did not disappoint.

Danny was great, super professional and talented. The adults and the kids couldn’t have been happier.

I recommend Irie Earth Steel Drum Entertainment for all occasions. We were having a small party for our daughter’s birthday and we wanted some music to entertain the adults and children. We found Dany Irie to set the mood for our party and he didn’t disappoint. He’s a great singer, and musician. Our next door neighbor said she was enjoying the music and later joined the party. Dany was quick to set up and he was able to fit us into his busy Saturday Memorial weekend holiday schedule. I’d highly recommend. Thank you, Dany!

Danny Irie is both a fantastic steel drummer and vocalist. He played for our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. Not only did he learn a special song just for the ceremony, but he also did an amazing job at the cocktail hour. He had our guests singing and dancing. Multiple people told us it was the most fun cocktail hour they had ever attended! He was also super friendly and easy to work with.

I loved having Irie Earth at my husband's party. He showed up early to set up and was very friendly and amazingly talented. All night everyone kept asking where I found the steel drum guy. He was awesome!!

I met Danny in the Irvine Farmers Market, I was very impressed by his music and booked him for my son's second birthday party. He showed up on time and took care of all his arrangements before the guests arrived. The music was very entertaining and kids had fun.

This week Irie Earth Steel Drum performed at our school. They held the attention of 250 1st, 2nd and 3rd graders. Not only did they chose perfect songs for the age group, they got them singing and moving. Smiles and happiness from the performance lasted the whole day. I would highly recommend them to any school group wanting to expose their students to this instrument.

Danny was communicative from the start via email, he worked with me for personal preferences, texted me the day of my event and showed up early for the gig. Dany came out to perform at my 50th birthday celebration. It was a quiet poolside event overlooking the Pacific in Rancho Palos Verdes, but it was if he transported us to an island in the Caribbean and Mallory Square in Key West. He is warm, approachable, genuine and very talented. The guests have been raving for two days straight. He even gave a few of them an impromptu steel
drum lesson. Off the charts professional and we will bring him back.

It was the perfect background music, kept the party lively, and added some entertainment with the limbo. The guys were very polite, professional, and friendly; everyone loved them!
