My strolling close-up magic consists of cards, coins, knives, rings, and strings... really, any object that can vanish, appear, or transpose! :)
My parlour show is my favorite and consists of slightly larger effects that include rope, silks, bottles, and even a scrabble set. This performance is a lot of fun for any age!
I have been performing magic in some way, shape, or form for more than 40 years! I kept pretty busy performing kids' birthday parties when I was in High School, but I largely gave it up while working full time. I picked it back up a few years ago when I met a few other local magicians and we formed DAMM (Detroit Area Magicians and Mentalists). We have been getting together every 2 weeks for 3 years now, sharing material and coaching each other on our performances... making each one of us better magicians.
My magic is 100% self contained. All I'd need from you and your guests is a few minutes of your time and a temporary suspension of your beliefs. I'll take care of everything else!
