We've all heard engagement is low. People are frustrated. Millennials are looking for "more."
What if your team / group was learning to thrive - in ALL areas of life? Or at least working towards that!
I believe we were all created to thrive and yet most people (and businesses...) are barely surviving. A combination of mindset, habits and practical steps can help us all Dare to Thrive in life.
Whether your group is aimed at individuals, or teams, let's get everyone inspired and able to live their best life - in health, work, and their personal lives. Practical, fun, and interactive. Will leave your team with a boost of energy!
Wonderful and insightful message!
This presentation was for association leaders and the speaker was engaging and touched on topics at the heart of young leaders. I highly recommend Leadership That Inspires for other organizations.
Response from Dare to Thrive:
Thank you so much Anette! It was such a pleasure being with your group. I so appreciate your feedback.

If a buttoned up, fancy talking speaker is your thing, well let's just start off by saying that is not me.
Professional, yes. Stiff and lots of big words, no.
I'm one of those speakers that speaks from my heart, follows an outline (not word for word notes), gives real life examples, uses my hands (a lot), moves around and engages with the audience, and tries to make sure every single person walks away with at least one tangible action item.
I've spoken with all ages - from 4th graders, to middle school and high school students, to workplace teams, to large corporate events.
And unless your group is that big stuffy group expecting a stuffy speaker, I'd love to connect and see if I'm a fit for your group or event!
First born, type A, achiever personality. Yep, that's me! It served me well for the first 20 years of my career - at least career wise. I climbed the ladder, led big teams, big budgets, big operations. Until I burnout and was left wondering where the first 40 years of my life had gone.
Spending years understanding what it really means (and looks like) to actually THRIVE in life has been a fun, challenging, frustrating and completely rewarding journey.
When we look at all aspects of work, health, relationships - can we actually thrive? I believe the answer is YES! And it is my passion and purpose to help other individuals, teams and organizations dig into what that looks like for them.
So the details:
30 years in the health and wellness industry.
20 years in leadership positions with the YMCA.
8 years as an entrepreneur / biz owner.
7 years re-married and stepmom to four!
6 years of being physically and emotionally healthy.
Certified Professional Coach, Certified Health Coach & Certified Oola Coach
Speaker, Trainer for over 30 years.
Strong Christian faith that grounds me in everything.
I'm pretty low key and technology usually stresses me out... so I do offer Power Point presentations for most of my topics if you are able to provide a projector and screen (I can bring my laptop or a thumb drive if a laptop is available).
The only other thing I generally need is copies of the handouts I provide in advance.
