Dave has a broad repertoire and added a very nice musical touch to our evening . Our guests were delighted to have Dave playing Christmas favorites along with many popular songs.
Dave was very courteous and patient with our guests. The venue is difficult for an entertainer due to the poor acoustics. Dave altered the volume as requested. He tolerated people talking. As they heard his singing the crowd stopped talking and were more attentive. We had good revies from our guests. I would recommend him for events with elderly people.

Dave exceeded my expectations as an entertainer for my sister's birthday arty at a retirement center. Great voice, good choice of songs, and sensitive to people around him with his volume. He is truly a nice man and easy to work with. Would definitely hire him again.

Solo performance on electronic keyboard (grand piano, mostly) and vocals. Minimal technology is used to enhance my sound except for a vocal harmonizer which adds harmony selectively. Other professional vocal enhancing effects are used minimally to enhance the sound of the voice.
Performance is best suited as background music for private affairs, or as "piano-bar" type music in restaurants, pubs, etc. No heavy rock, rap, hip-hop. Occasional acoustic guitar is also played instead of the keyboard.

Dave retired from a 43-year career in commercial banking. During that time he was also a freelance musician, mostly a percussionist with various organizations. Now performs as a keyboard/vocalist, specializing in singer/songwriter songs of the 1940s to the present. His performance is geared to the smaller venue (e.g. restaurants, pubs, etc.) or private functions as background music. Volume controlled to enhance your event, not dominate it.
