I will show up to the event early in traditional Scottish attire with an instrument that is in tune and ready to be played. Before the event, I will work with the client to make sure that we both have a clear idea of what is expected of me as a performer. I will leave the audience feeling satisfied, meanwhile the client will be confident that they made the right choice in hiring me for their event.

I started playing Scottish Great Highland Bagpipes at age 12. I've since competed and performed both nationally and internationally with many renowned groups, both traditional and contemporary. I've won prizes at top levels competitively as both a soloist and as a band member. In addition to being a traditional piper, I'm a well-rounded musician with years of experience playing in diverse genres from jazz to rock to early medieval.

No stage or sound requirements are necessary for most events. Please be advised that the bagpipes are a very loud acoustic instrument suitable for playing indoors and outdoors, rain or shine. In the case of performing with a loud rock band, a microphone/microphone stand will be necessary. A single Shure SM57 on an adjustable boom mic stand is suitable for the task.
