David James has toured his music all over the United States, Canada, and Mexico offering live, professional guitar and voice; 4+ hours of cover songs in classic + modern rock/pop and r&b/soul genres. Planing something extraordinary? David is also a talented stilt walker!
David is available for private parties, corporate events, public events, festivals, weddings and other family gatherings. David is great to have as a centerpiece performance or to be a complimentary/ambient addition to your event.

David performed at my birthday party last night and was absolutely perfect for what I wanted. And that's not just my opinion. Everyone felt the same way. He was able to read the room and engage at exactly the right times and in the right way. His music, singing and song selection were all excellent. And he even learned three new songs at my request. David was incredible. Great communication even during the booking process. He arrived and started on time, was very professional, and engaged with the audiences. BEAUTIFUL voice and acoustic guitar. He performed for our residents at a senior living facility, providing entertainment for both our assisted living and memory care residents. He was so kind to every resident he interacted with. We hope to have him back with us soon!

David was awesome. Showed up early, was willing to be flexible with regard to weather and mood, and stayed around to keep serenading after he could've easily said goodbye. Really knows how to read a room and can change accordingly.
And that doesn't even cover the important part: what a voice! Really excellent musician and singer, we could've listened to him play for hours more. Highly recommended.

David played for a Christmas party I hosted and really helped make the event great. He was flexible with the event, intuitive and responsible to what was happening as the evening progressed (example - when to play background music and whether to play upbeat songs). I also appreciated he was self sufficient and made everything easy for me, he had easy setup but still a very nice sound system. He’s a great musician with wide range, the guests loved him - highly recommended!

I hired David James for a 50 person dinner event in early November and he was amazing. His performance matched the quality seen in his videos on his profile. Great voice, great choice of music, and a nice guy! Highly recommend and would book him again in the future.

David was wonderful! We highly recommend him for your gig. We hosted a White Attired cocktail party in our downtown apartment. Prior to the event, he was great at communicating with us. During the event, he was very entertaining and did a great job of matching his songs with the crowd. PLUS he's a great musician! We would book him again!

David has extensive experience playing in a variety of settings and can tailor his performance to the needs of your event. This means, he can play loud and exciting, soft and ambient, formal or casual, with or without interacting with the audience. Just let him know what your vision is for your occasion.
If you'd like to hear your favorite songs, he can be sure to perform them. With enough notice, he can learn and perform anything you want to hear.
