Additional Booking Notes
To ensure the best experience, here are the technical requirements for our mobile DJ services:
1. Power Supply:
• A reliable 120V electrical outlet within 100feet of the performance area. Multiple outlets are preferred for larger setups.
2. Performance Area:
• A minimum space of 10 ft. x 10 ft. is ideal to accommodate DJ equipment, speakers, and lighting.
• A stable and level surface to set up equipment (e.g., a stage, platform, or floor).
3. Shelter (Outdoor Events):
• If the event is outdoors, a covered area or tent is required to protect equipment from direct sunlight, rain, or other elements.
4. Load-In Access:
• Easy access for unloading and setting up equipment. Nearby parking is appreciated.
• If the event is in a high-rise or requires stair access, advance notice is needed.
5. Sound Levels:
• We can provide music tailored to your preferences, but local sound ordinances or venue regulations must be communicated to us in advance.
6. Lighting & Effects (Optional):
• If lighting is requested, we require an additional power source. Smoke or fog machines may require prior venue approval.
We handle setup and breakdown of all equipment and will arrive 1-2 hours prior to the start time to ensure everything is ready to go. If you have specific requests or unique event needs, we are happy to customize our setup accordingly.
