Dean Apple has performed at The Bellagio Las Vegas, Hollywood’s Magic Castle, The Celebrities of Magic, NBC News, America’s Got Talent, and most of the major resorts in Coachella Valley. Although he’s done 1000 Shows in the past decade, your event is all that matters. Dean specializes in Comedy Stage Magic, Walkaround Closeup Magic, and Mentalism. The House Magician at the Renaissance Esmerelda, JW Marriott, & The Hyatt, he brings everything needed including sound system, mic’s, beautiful backdrop & lights.

Dean performed for our group of about twenty...he was punny, funny and super talented. He was exactly what I was hoping for. Great energy and a lot of fun and his magic was making everyone's head spin. He did a 45 minutes performance and then close up magic for about another 30... definitely recommend!

What to Expect
Dean has a couple different packages to offer depending on your needs. Closeup magic, also known as strolling or walk around magic, can be performed with or without a show. That features cards, coins, mind reading, etc. The show can vary anywhere from 10-60 minutes and can be performed in the corner of a living room or a large Convention stage.
Dean supplies a sound system and lighting or backdrop as needed. The routines typically feature audience volunteers, comedy, a Houdini Escape routine, and can feature levitation and The Time Machine Illusion.
About
An active member of the La Quinta community just outside of Palm Springs, Dean and his wife Debbie (aka Pinky his assistant) have been entertaining crowds for 20 years. In fact Pinky won the Gold Medal for Best Assistant at the Pacific Coast Adsociation of Magicians Convention in 2016! A long time member of The International Brotherhood of Magicians, Dean is also a certified hypnotist and loves to perform mentalism, mind reading & even a bit of hypnosis on stage in what is called Theater of the Mind. Dean Apple can provide a small portable sound system (up to 100 people) or a larger system (up to 600 people), both with mic's, lighting or a backdrop as necessary.
