Deborah Allen is an entrepreneur at heart as well as she brings 10 years of remarkable experience that includes certification in RMA/CDA. Currently, Deborah Allen serves as Executive Director of non-profit L.A.M. Ministries Inc. (2001). This office was the key to her becoming Director, owner of Little Lights Childcare and Learning Center. This experience has given her proven tools and strategies in business management, marketing and monetizing. She specializes in ensuring her clients are left with all the resources to help them with retention, parent involvement and overall center success.

Deborah Allen has a wealth of knowledge and experience that has contributed to her service as a Director of ”This Faith Base Licensed Exempt Facility” which allowed her to execute the steps towards helping the center to establish their license. Deborah Allen skillset is a proven skill to assist with faith-based license-exempt centers, licensed centers as well as home daycare.

Deborah Allen has been trained by the legendary NSA motivational s speaker, Mr. Les Brown "Your Power Voice", in summer & fall of 2020. She is a 2X Best Seller Author, Certified Life Coach, Entrepreneur & Pastor. Deborah has serves as Senior Pastor of Lighthouse Apostolic Ministries of God Church for the last 21 years. She also holds the office of Executive Director of the nonprofit organization L.A.M. Ministries Inc. She is an RMA/CDA & Certified Life Coach.
Deborah Allen is an entrepreneur at heart. She has successfully owned, operated, and was the Director of Little Lights Childcare and Learning Center. This facility operated for ten years generating the income of 2 million in childcare. This center closed 6 years ago and she revised her vision. She is power house, motivational, a consultant, exceptional speaker, teacher, and leader. Her first book "Fierce" was released in the spring of 2018 and became a movement within itself. This allowed her to start and create Fierce TV, Fierce Radio, Deborah Allen Ministries, Fierce Ladies Movement and Visionary Coaching & Consulting Group LLC. Her second book was "Fiercely Living ~ Devotional & Journal", which made Amazon Bestseller in January 2020.
