She even does covers of songs plus some originals. You should book her because she is a crowd pleaser and she will make any event a memorable experience. About
Dacia Clark-Nedd, known professionally as Dacia Saunders was born in Philadelphia on July 27th, 1996.
Though afflicted with Autism and blind in one eye, she is very gifted in playing the piano and keyboard.
She is a devout Baptist Christian and will soon cross over to the Lutheran Christian faith with her husband, renowned author Kevin B. Saunders who is a member of the National Writers Union.
She was a member of the American Federation Of Musicians, local 77. With their help and assistance, she hoped to one day form a band with other talented musicians and go on tour, traveling the world, spreading spiritual joy through her musical talent.
A previous student of the Settlement Music School, she works tirelessly to improve her piano and keyboarding skills.
On a final note, she daily thanks God for all that she has accomplished, setting an example for upcoming potential musicians.
Additional Booking Notes
I play keyboards by ear
I do not read sheet music
However I can read chord charts with the chords written over the lyrics
As far as lighting goes, I don't need a lot of light just enough that I can see my keyboard and music and all the buttons on my keyboard.
On the stage, I would like to have my keyboard face the audience as much as possible, if you can't do that it is okay to place it anywhere as long as I can see everything.
For the sound, I would like to be plugged into an amplifier, I cannot provide one at the moment as I just have my keyboard and stand. but if one could be provided for me, that would be great. I will be purchasing one for future events.
