I am known for my energy and audience engagement. With an extensive background in Theatre, I am extremely comfortable on the stage and I have a lot of interaction with attendees.
Previous clients have described me as "inspirational", "highly-motivating" and "extremely high value".
I am easy to contact, I personally respond within the day.
I tailor my presentations to the client's needs, and I am extremely adaptable. I can do anything from a 30- 90 minute speech, to a 3 hours workshop-based presentation with breakout sessions. I deliver both on and offsite and have my own presentation materials if client cannot provide.
As a presenter, I never carry a "prima donna" attitude (I make no crazy requests!) - I believe any quality training or motivational event is based on a partnership/relationship between myself and the event planner, where I do my best to identify the greatest needs of the client.

Dena R. Davis, (M.F.A.) is the founder/executive director of ACTion Performance & Leadership, which specializes in executive performance coaching, team leadership training and communication, and the Artistic Director of a non-profit Children's Theater Education program in Barrington, called Arts Alive!. She is the founder/co-chair of the East Bay Mastermind Networking group, a member of the National Career Association, the Greater Providence Chamber, the East Bay Chamber, the Center for Women and Enterprise, and The PVD Lady Project. She is also a youth program development director with the BAY Team, a nationally recognized anti-substance abuse coalition, based in Barrington. Dena works with corporate clients, professionals, people in transition and college graduates, specializing in performance techniques, success strategies, interview skills and the mastery of “soft skills”. I generally use slides (usually only images and very little text). I do often incorporate video so in some situations require an audio patch.
