Denise Davis and the Motor City Sensations

Ms. Davis and her amazing backing band, who are incredible instrumentalists in their own right, were a huge hit! They played a blend of Motown, classic R & B, and got the crowd singing along and grooving all night long. Ms. Davis is an incredibly versatile vocalist and has such amazing charisma that we were all enchanted and sorry to hear their final set. Definitely book them for an authentic Detroit music experience!

This group of musicians was a delight to have at our conference! The song choices were great and Denise has a gorgeous voice. So glad we chose them!

I hired this band to play an anniversary celebration for a professional organization during our annual conference. They did not disappoint! From booking to the last note played, they were on point. Our crowd was diverse in every sense of the word, and the music selection was spot on.

I absolutely loved working with Denise Davis & the band members! They are such amazing people who care about their clients. We had to cancel our event they were to perform at 2 days before the event due to the outbreak of Covid. Denise reached out to me and said that since it was paid for in advance that they would play when we rescheduled. She kept in contact with us throughout and we so enjoyed getting to know her. We finally rescheduled and truly enjoyed meeting her and the band finally. They were AMAZING! Not only was the music fabulous but Denise really engaged with the guests in attendance. My absolute favorite part was that she called all the Veterans to the floor and did a special song. BTW, Denise is a Veteran - thank you for your service! I highly recommend them for any event. They truly made our event a success!

Denise and the Motor City Sensations came to my husband's Prince themed Surprise 40th Birthday Party for a Prince set. The Band arrived ontime and set up professionally ontime, kept the crowd engaged up and dancing. Band was personabale and very friendly. Everyone enjoyed the show.

We hired Denise Davis and the Motor City Sensations for our NYE 2020/2021 event and we have had nothing but nonstop compliments! What a super fun group of extremely talented musicians and vocalists. They covered all of our favorite Motown dance tunes and some funky beats to boot! Ms Denise is an entertainer from the word go, she is a natural and such a sweet sweet lady. We would definitely invite them back again.

I cannot express enough how wonderful of a time we had because of booking Denise Davis and the motor city sensations. They even took the time to learn some special requests, and killed it! If I could give them a 1000 stars I would! Book this band you will not be disappointed......

Everyone (and I mean everyone) in the crowd was up on their feet dancing. I genuinely cannot wait to have them back for my next party! Denise came with her guitarist and the music they played was rousing!
These are generous people that brings a lot of energy during the events they are part of.

Great night, great songs would recommend to anyone in dire need of a Motown band.

Denise Davis and the Motor City Sensations were great to work with from communication prior to the event to their energetic performance! They were very interactive with our residents and community! I think a couple of the highlights of the event was the dedication Denise did for all of our Veterans (it was very humbling for everyone in attendance) and then when she had our guests come up with her and dance and one of the ladies sang a song with her. Everyone had a great time and I am still receiving feedback from out community, staff and residents! I would highly recommend them for any event and will definitely be checking to see if we can have them back next year!

This group was great! They came early, communicated fantastically, and put on a great performance. The even did a tribute to Veterans that was wonderfully received. Nice Job.

Private party at my house. Surprise birthday party for my wife. Denise and this band were amazing. They are professionals that love and know their craft. Once I booked them, Denise stayed in contact with myself every week until our date. They dressed professionally, acted professionally and Are professional. This was the best. I am so pleased with the performance of this group. We were provided with an array of Motown songs. Denise and the band added just enough interaction with the group to take everyone's night over the top. They arrived early, they were setup on time and ready to get started just as agreed. If you are looking for "simply the best" then look no further.
