Dennis Duncan

Mr. Duncan was wonderful to to work with when he accepted this request for a bagpiper to surprise twins sister and brother on their 81st birthday April 2, 2024.
I don’t have words to describe the heart-felt impact his words and music had on all who witnessed his performance. There was not a dry eye in the house. His music brought tears of joy and past memories to everyone present. “Our faces hurt from smiling so much!”
I’m so thankful he was available and answered Yes to our request.

He was on time, professional and very co-operative about the modification we needed for the program!

Beautiful & Professional…My husband had requested bagpipes at his graveside service with full military honors. His sudden death, which was just days before Christmas, left me with very little time to set this up. Thank you Dennis for coming through for us.

Dennis Duncan on the pipes and his wife on the drums absolutely made our 60th Wedding Anniversary party one that we will always cherish and remember. And it will be the talk of the town for days to come. They were courteous and professional. And their choice of songs was perfect. When he introduced the Sky Boat song and began playing we noticed that the two tables of our Brazilian neighbors and local ministers, were smiling and nodding their heads in recognitions of the tune. Anxious to talk to them about their connection to the song. Also several guest came up afterwards sharing about their Scottish heritage and how much the music meant to them. I had no idea that Dennis and his wife would stay to listen to our children perform a "This-is-your-laugh-type program like the old TV Program." Afterwards they spoke to the guest and congratulated us again. This is most rare in the lives of today's performers.
I was a commissioner with the Clan Mackenzie for many years and have heard numerous pipers in Georgia, across America, and Scotland and I will assure you that Dennis is the best!

I hired Dennis to surprise my Scottish husband and daughter with an 8:00am wakeup call for their birthday this week. Dennis did a great job of communicating in advance his plan on when he would arrive, where he would stand etc.. I had a few song requests and he filled in the rest of his time with well known bagpipe tunes. Not only did the bagpipes sound perfect, but Dennis was dressed in full Scottish glory!

Mr Duncan, was timely, professional, and played the bagpipes beautifully. He dressed in proper attire ( kilt ). He was a blessing to my family. I highly recommend him!

Dennis was fantastic! He brought along a drummer and the kids loved hearing them play. He was very interactive and both he and the drummer allowed the kids to touch the instruments and even play the drum! We will definitely have them back next year for our Walk To School. Thank you both so much!

Hi, the bagpiper (Lisa Wright) was good, but Dennis was not who performed so it wouldn't be accurate to rate him.

Dennis was perfect. He arrived early and his performance, looked and sounded authentic. I would recommend him for your golf club's major tournaments.
