Derek Anthony and his band were awesome. I booked Derek for a national conference reception in Fort Worth, TX that had a country western theme. He was professional from beginning to the end. Communication was great, we were able to connect beforehand and go over last minute details and the show blew the crowd away! We had over 450 people at the event and I received so many comments on how excellent the band was. I have even sent his I formation to my national planner for her to keep in her portfolio for other clients that may need entertainment. Excellent choice. Book him! You won't regret it!
We hired Derek as his 3 piece band (keyboardist, fiddler, and guitarist). Derek was extremely friendly and professional from start to finish. He had an excellent response time via email or phone calls. Last but not least, they performed as good as advertised. We had people ages from 25 all the way up to 93 years old on the dance floor. I have received many texts from friends and family raving about how good the band was. I would absolutely hire him again and recommend him to friends and family!

Derek Anthony, released "Give It to Me Strait" from his latest sophomore album “Cowboy Way". Derek is coming off his success of the single “Cowboy Way” on radio for 26 straight weeks averaging 1000 spins a week. “Cowboy Way”, produced by Steve Mandile, is the title track to his latest 11 track album that can be found on all major sites. Some exciting news you may not be aware of…“Cowboy Way” is being played in AT&T Stadium at the Dallas Cowboy home games. Once you hear the song, you will know why (stadium feel and production is very solid). Derek’s style ranges from country rock to a strong traditional ballad with a full range of vocals. “Give It to Me Strait” was created with the concept of taking some of Derek’s favorite George Strait songs and incorporating a George Strait title or lyric to fit just right into his tune.
