Malinda was so great to work with! She was super responsive to my questions beforehand, as this was my first time hiring a bartender, and pleasant and engaging with guests. Her set up was perfect, including a sign she made that listed the drink options, and she covered a party of 60 people no problem. A great partner for our event, we will definitely use her for our next party!

I truly appreciate what a wonderful Princess Ariel Malinda was. My daughter (Age 4) was completely mesmerized. She was warm and friendly. Most importantly she seems to truly enjoy her job. Genuinely, she enjoyed playing the character and it shined through her words, her presence and her service. Thank you for making my little princess' day perfect!

She was a perfect Elsa for my daughter’s birthday party! Very punctual and communicative before the event. Her costume was beautiful and she brought a fun activity and made my daughter feel very special. Definitely recommend!

My son loves the Amelia Bedelia books, so I asked Malinda if she could dress up as that character and join us for my son's birthday party. She totally nailed the look! It was perfect, from the hat with flowers to the white apron, prim shoes, and a feather duster. My son was absolutely amazed at seeing Amelia Bedelia in person for his birthday. "She talks!" he said. :) Malinda had clearly done her research to know the backstory of the character, and mentioned baking pies and being a housekeeper. She read him his favorite Amelia Bedelia book and sang "Happy Birthday" with us. My son is still talking about her visit, asking when she's coming back, and re-watching the videos. Malinda was great to work with, and very patient and accommodating in working around my son's autism quirks. Five stars!

She is so professional and sweet. I needed to unbox her props to hand out quickly before the event and she helped me which she didn’t need to do. She was such a lovely touch to the event.

I liked what I read about Malinda when I was prospecting for a bartender and wait staff and I discovered on the day of our function that she was a much more. She was great with setup and cleanup. She is very knowledgeable about choosing the best ingredients and creating “dressy” cocktails. As a brunch, the mimosas and Bloody Mary’s with all the garnishes were probably more popular than the extensive buffet items. Malinda is very pretty and personable as well so the old men in the crowd seemed to linger around the bar a lot. She gave many options relative to her uniform and, since it was a UVA 50-year reunion, she looked terrific in our orange and blue colors. I can’t say enough about Malinda and her new GigSalad enterprise. I just hope that none of the readers of my comments try to book her on the date that we next need her!
