Guide Entertainment DJ’d our wedding back in July. I’m typically not one to write reviews, however over the last 3 months when seeing friends or family, someone mentions how great our DJ was or how much fun they had dancing at our wedding. We wanted a different vibe throughout the wedding so we worked with our DJ to figure out the best flow throughout the cocktail hour, dinner and while on the dance floor. He was very attentive, professional and gave suggestions for things we didn’t consider. I highly recommend him for any event you’re considering having a DJ!

I heard of DJ Guice from my sister’s birthday celebration and had to hire him for my brunch event this year! He’s very professional, attentive to detail, and mixes the songs well. I was so appreciate of DJ Guice’s professionalism and attentiveness on my wedding day. He let me curate my playlist for each part of my wedding. Pre Ceremony, Dinner and Reception. He kept checking in on me and the groom to ensure we had what we needed as well as confirm he was providing the vibes. He was on time and had excellent sound quality. We had our wedding in Chicago but live in Phoenix. Trying to plan a wedding in 2 different states was stressful but the least stressful part was our DJ. We did not have 1 issue. DJ Guice came to our rehearsal ahead of time and set up. He was also ahead of time for the reception.
Guice took into consideration the type of music we liked from old school to new school and mixed it all up for all ages to enjoy. Guice even went beyond and purchased extra lightening per our request for our reception.
I can’t express how satisfied we are with Guice. He is very professional and kindly mannered. He fit into the wedding like he was family.
I would 100% recommend Guice. We plan on having him DJ our wedding vow renewal in a few years.

I recently got married this past April and DJ Guice was our DJ/MC for the night. He was on time and made sure to bring his own equipment as backup in case any of the AV equipment at the venue malfunctioned. He paid very close attention to detail and made sure to communicate/ask any questions to ensure the night was moving smoothly. He did a great job at keeping the energy high with his song selection and made sure to incorporate the many song suggestions/request our guests provided before the wedding. I rate DJ Guice a “10 out of 10” and would highly recommend him for any event, social or professional, that you may want to host in the future!
When I say we have nothing but great things to say about our wedding DJ, I mean that. I caught him doing what he does at a friend’s party and I knew then I wanted him to be my DJ. He has a talent for truly feeling the vibe of a room and playing into the energy. No song list was needed (other than the specifics for the processions) which made life a lot less stressful for us as a wedding couple. All he needed was a genre and he was always ready for the requests that guests came with. He’s extremely easy to communicate with and made sure to come prepared after discussions about equipment like mics, speakers, etc. He also took detailed notes for all cued music including all procession songs. On our wedding day all processions were cued well and the music was exactly as I had asked!!!! Your DJ truly sets the tone of your wedding and my wedding went from formal classic, to a chilled relaxed cocktail hour, and a party to remember reception. I was not only happy with the end result, but I also had many guests asking where I found my DJ. Throughout the day we were constantly caught stopping something we were doing to vibe to the music. He even accommodated a last minute guest who decided to sing for us while we cut our cake (with our permission of course)! Geoff is for sure a choice you won’t regret choosing and if there’s anything you want or are worried about, it’s nice to have a DJ where you can just ask :) Not to mention the support and his leadership to help things go smooth on my wedding day from making sure he was always punctual, showing flexibility to changes, working well with my wedding coordinator, making sure we as the wedding couple were all good with everything, and checking in to make sure all transitions took place when needed.
