Our venue as well as the nature of the week of and day of the wedding brought a lot of last minute additions and pivots. Rick took everything like a champ, never complained and everyone had a great time

To make a long story short, exactly three weeks before our wedding date, we had to find another dj. Thankfully, Louric was still available. At this point, we did not have time to create a specific Playlist, so we just gave a few examples of the vibe and types of genres/artists we like. Louric took full creative control and made our night fun and enjoyable. He was very punctual, professional and easy to work!

Louric helped us set the perfect mood with our dinner and wedding reception music. He was patient and listened to all of our requests. He even made a sample playlist so that we could tell him what we liked and what didn't work for us. We had a great night and I never left the dance floor and I'm pretty sure many of the guests didn't either!

DJ Louric has over 2 decades of DJing and live sound engineering experience, providing top-tier audio services for concerts, festivals, corporate events, weddings, birthday parties and more and knows how to keep the energy high with his mix of Hip-Hop, R&B, Funk, Soul, Line Dance, and Top 40 hits! With an arsenal of classic and contemporary songs, he'll have the party rocking all night!
A DJ Louric set can be tailored to feature multiple microphones and audio inputs for live performers, par can and laser lights, fog machines, and a state-of-the-art sound system with pulsating bass that makes you feel the music in your bones.
DJ Louric will communicate and work collaboratively with you to curate the vibes for an unforgettable event experience!
About
DJ Louric is a DMV-native music creator, educator, & entrepreneur, based in Nashville, TN. DJ Louric has been featured as an Audio Engineer with the Creatives Day Fall 2019 cohort residency at the Writer’s Room Studios at the Hutton Hotel in Nashville, TN. DJ Louric founded Oshay Music Group, LLC., a music production & edutainment company that provides original music production, DJing, and audio engineering services. DJ Louric has been featured on News Channel 5 and in ABC Nashville’s press release for the Periscope 2019 cohort. He was awarded a Metro Thrive Grant in 2020 by Metro Arts to host a series of virtual Beats & Bars workshops. He can be heard on all music streaming platforms as 1 of the co-hosts of the Faders Up podcast. Over the past several years, he has been invited to DJ weddings, private parties, and pep rallies.
Additional Booking Notes
DJ Louric will bring his own table, sound equipment, and audio and power cables. Dance floor lighting can be provided upon request.

From a musical perspective, DJ Louric considers DJs and producers such Questlove from the legendary Roots crew, 9th Wonder, DJ Numark, Just Blaze, Rodney "Darkchild" Jerkins, DJ Premier and DJ Jazzy Jeff and movies such as Beat Street, Krush Groove, and House Party as the iconic and indelible cultural contributions that have influenced his approach to DJing and inspire him daily.
From a technical perspective, DJ Louric praises companies such as Pioneer, Serato, Universal Audio, and QSC for the innovative contributions and advances that they've made to the industry.
