Professionalism
DJ Mr. Turtle Entertainment & Productions was founded by Alex Prottas. He was born in South Korea. At about six months old, he was brought to the United States of America by an agency to be adopted by a family.He was raised in Wilmington, Delaware. He now lives in Hollister, Missouri.
Alex is Hard of Hearing and went to Delaware School for the Deaf. His DJ/Stage name is DJ Mr. Turtle. He always had the inspiration of music and lighting. He has been in a couple theater productions in the past. For a long time he wanted to become a Professional DJ. He had a extremely high interest into event planning and the entertainment industry.

Our prices are based on hourly and flat rate prices of a minimum of four hours. Prices varies on lighting/sound packages to fit your needs. Music Libary
We are able to browse and play over 15 million songs in the database. Our music varies from the 1950's to current. We accept a playlist of songs to play at your choice. We accept requests for songs to be played at your event.
Our Equipment
DJ Mr. Turtle Entertainment and Productions only use professional lighting and sound/reinforced equipment. We mainly use American DJ, American Audio, Chauvet, Elation, Gemini, Hosa Technologies, Mackie, Musicians Gear, Numark and Venue for our lighting and sound/reinforcement needs.
Our DJ equipment is equipped of LED Technologies, Class 3R Lasers, ETS Smoke Machines, bi-amplified powered speakers and powered subwoofer.
Once we receive your payment, and we have not received the completed DJ Contract, we will email it to you within 24 hours.
If we do not receive your completed DJ Contract within 72 hours after your pre-paid services is received, we will cancel the booking and refund it back.
We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal and e-checks. In some cases, we may accept personal checks. For all Schools, Churches and non-profit organizations, we accept checks with the appropriate name or title printed on the check.
"THE FINE PRINT"
Booking
Services is based on, "First Come, First Serve." To appoint Services for your event, 25% non-refundable deposit fee is required. Payment for services will be required within 24 to 72hours prior the date of the event. If additional hours are needed after the event, there will be a $125.00 charge per hour.
The 24 - 72 Hour Cancellation Notice
If your event is canceled for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible. If you do not notify us within 72 hours prior the scheduled date of the event, there will be a additional 25% fee applied to the balance.
Payment Methods
We accept most major debit/credit cards and PayPal. In most cases, we may accept payments on site via PayPal. For Churches, Schools, Non-Profits, Organizations, Military Organizations we accept checks.
Fog Usage
If you request fog OR fog will be used at your event, please check with the venue first before. DJ Mr. Turtle Entertainment & Productions will not be responsible for any charges or fees by the Fire Department or Hosting Venue.
