A DJ is there to give a certain emotion and "Vibe" to your event, it is important for me to speak with my clients directly exactly what their expectations are so there is no confusion when I arrive. It is my job to communicate "speciality songs" "do not play list" and to pronounce names correctly on the mic. I have a very unique gift to connect with an audience and provide a positive listening experience for your guests. I can perform an Open Format playlist due to my vast knowledge of genres from Oldies to New Age and Cultural understanding.
DJ Proper Savage was born in Romania and grew up in Detroit, MI starting her DJ talent at the age of 16 playing in smoke friendly bars, privet events and ceremonies such as anniversaries and weddings. As she kept her "European dance roots" she gained inspiration from artists such as "Calvin Harris, Tiesto, NERVO and Fatboy Slim. Proper Savage moved to Houston, TX and carried her DJ experience into Corporate gigs, and Club audiences throughout Texas. She is ready to conquer the DJ world and inspire other Female DJs to follow their passion and expression through music.
Technical Requirements can VARY per event; such as weddings, privet events, corporate parties I can provide sound that includes ( 2 top speakers and a mic) I will be asking my client for square footage of room and placement of DJ ahead of time.
As the event becomes more technical I will bring in my team to handle staging, lighting, fog machines, mixing indicators and extra sound needed, for more info we will have to discuss.
Most Nightclubs, Venues, Lounges and Bars provide a House system to setup and play which I will not be expected to provide my own sound. (I will need to know this ahead of time)
