As a planner you depend on your DJ to get the crowd going! DJ Richy superseded the expectation of my clients and guests as I knew he would. The guests couldn’t get enough of his skill to drop hit after hit! On the planners side - Richard is detailed oriented and such a pleasure to work with. I reached out to DJ Richy to make the surprise party for my boss' son an over the top hit. There have been DJs in the past at the property, and they have not always respectful of the late evening hours in the neighborhood. Not only did he make it an AWESOME party, but he made it so EVERYONE had a great time. DJ Richy has a great personality, gracious attitude, and still commands attention from the crowd as needed. The adults could talk, the kids could dance, and no one was bored!

We had DJ Richy for my husband's 50th birthday. My husband was very particular about the type of music he wanted. DJ Richy could not have been any better. He played exactly what my husband asked and had us on the dance floor all night. He even agreed to stay an extra hour. Our entire party LOVED him. Initially we didn't plan on having a DJ for our wedding but when we finally admitted to ourselves that we weren't up to the task we reached out to a few DJs here on GigSalad. DJ Richy was a stand-out from the start. Not only was he more than accommodating on our very limited budget but he took the time to get our input. The music he played during dinner and for the dancing were exactly what we were hoping for - we even got compliments from my very hip, music-conscious cousin! The dancing on the floor was infectious and it just added so much to the fun and vibrant atmosphere of the event!
Booked DJ Richy for a high school dance last night and have heard all day about how much the kids LOVED him! They said it was the best dance they ever went to because of him! He was so easy to deal with and very involved at the event! I highly recommend him!

We booked DJ Richy for our high school Senior Prom--what a great decision that was! Working with him was just about perfect. From the planning communications to his arrival and set-up, he was professional, pleasant, and really helpful. But the most important thing is, he is an AWESOME DJ! His playlist was varied and had songs to please everyone, and he knows exactly how to keep the energy up at the party (very very important). The kids thought he was really great (I had lots of feedback), and they are pretty critical. Working with DJ Richy was a wonderful experience and I hope we get to book him for future events.

Richy has DJ'd a late-night afterparty for my company for the past two years. Both times he did a killer job and had the whole place dancing. I'd highly recommend his services to anyone who likes good music.
Richy DJ'd for our school's back to school picnic. It was a variety of school aged children and high school children as well as adults with a huge diversity of musical preferences. He did an awesome job of playing a wide variety of music and we will certainly be using him for all of our future events. In addition to that he was punctual and ready to go even before it was time to start.

Richard was wonderful in his performance at the prom. He was able to mix pop music, hip-hop and some good old-fashioned party music (Shout, Dancing in September etc) while maintaining a great party athmosphere. Highly recomended for any sort of even you may be organizing

Its his diverse ear that propels DJ Richy ahead of the average DJ. His musical selection makes an evening at one of his events an experience, not just a party. He's daring enough to play undiscovered talent in a mix that includes highly regarded musical geniuses. He spins with uncanny confidence that creates an environment in which people seem to just let loose. I have seen him on occasion rock to his own mixes, giving the crowd permission to freeload on his positive vibes. DJ Richy creates a relationship with his audience that ends only when the last song is played. Its been my experience that the crowd always "boos" when they realize the DJ Richy experience has ended.
