At a very young age music was formally introduced to DJ Rico by both of his parents. Which prompted DJ Rico to make sure music was in his daily routine of life. In addition to being able to use many opportunities to demonstrate his appreciation for music. Graduating from The University of West Georgia with a bachelors of science in health and physical education and not long ago after pursuing and graduating with a masters of social work degree from Walden University, DJ Rico decided to use his passion for music to begin a DJ career.
DJ Rico will make sure to bring all necessary equipment unless there is a special request for equipment under special circumstances.
Past acts that have influenced me is the influence of music. The way that music brings feelings and allow opportunities to create moments that are cherished due to the sound of the music involved. I have been influenced by my mentor DJ who goes by the name DJBlaxxx. Not only a phenomenal DJ but a wonderful person who has taught me everything I need to know by learning from the turntables and hearing every beat per minute to understanding what makes a good and clean transition when mixing music while DJing.
