With over 20 years experience I started my career at Age 16 working in the top clubs in NY and long Island . Most known for my Video Mashup abilities I truly become a live performer. The one reason why bands have always been loved was because of their ability to keep the energy level up in a room but you would also enjoy watching them perform. When a dj performs you almost always just see the top of his head because he's staring at his mixer. Every set I do has video to it. Including hits from the 60s to the top club hits of today. Every video has been custom made and I have incorporated movie and television clips to keep the crowd entertained. The audience will not be able to turn away from the DJ and video screens wondering what could possibly come next. As much as this adds a new type of entertainment to an event line up I also am great at reading a crowd. Each crowd has a certain taste in music and the best quality a DJ can have is being able to pin point their likes and dislikes. The smooth transitions and mash ups I provide give me the ability to learn what they want in under 15 minutes. Being able to flawlessly blend two songs together gives me the ability to watch and see how the crowd reacts to each song. For example: I play a hip hop song Like Empire State of Mind by Jay Z but with the hook instrumental of the funk song Boogie shoes By KC and the sunshine band . Depending on how the crowd reacts to each song I could either go into another hip hop song or funk song. This transition will happen before people have a chance to leave the dance floor. I would have another hit cued up and ready for another mash up. It has taken a long time for DJs to be considered a performer and not just a guy who plays everyone's favorite artists. I am an artist and music lovers are amazed while watching me perform. I am not in any way full of myself. I have dedicate my life to being the most unique DJ/VJ in the market and any praise I give myself is due to the hard work I have put into mastering my craft. I am always early and always go out of my way to ensure my clients that I am a business man. I also own a full production company specializing in Club Lighting ,Sound and Video Map Projection. Everything is done in house and I own over 30 Moving Heads Including Elation Design Spot 575s, Elation Wash 575 , Elation Design Spot Pros, High End Techno beams, Chauvet LED Up lighting , 12' x 20' Video Screens, over 1000' of trussing , 6 Short Throw Projectors, Video Map Projection (add video to certain areas of walls), Smoke machines, Haze machines, 30 foot scissor lifts covered in white spandex and ALL OF THIS is run by me durring my set from three computers.
