DJ Uncle Zee

DJ Uncle Zee is a professionally trained, multi-genre international DJ residing in Gardner, MA USA. A graduate of MMMMaven DJ School in Cambridge MA, USA, he uses pro-grade DJ gear ranging from speakers, sub-woofers, mics, lights, mixers, controllers and turntables. He normally plays Pop, R&B, Hip/Hop, Top 40, Bollywood and Afro Beats but will play other genres upon request. 

Growing up in rural Kenya, DJ Uncle Zee's interest in music started early in life. At first, he just enjoyed listening to music so much so that sometimes he did it 24/7. Later, he  realized he had more fun when he played the music for others. It was at this point he become an amateur DJ, always playing music to his family during the weekend or whenever an opportunity arose. 

In 2015, he realized that there was an opportunity to provide better Event DJ services in central Massachusetts. He decided it was time to take his passion for music and DJ’ing to the next level and enrolled in MMMMaven for a DJ course. At MMMMaven, he learnt the technical and business aspects of DJ’ing. Soon after graduation, DJ Uncle Zee was rocking weddings, baby showers, wedding showers, and house parties. 

DJ Uncle Zee continues to invest in his DJ’ing business and plans to expand into clubs and tours soon. He hopes to play in a city near you in the near future.
