Influences & Inspiration

I am originally from Northern California. My personal preference is smooth jazz, but I PLAY funk and blues. I can also play rock, can play with a little country flavor and play gospel. YES, GOSPEL. My early influence was the Memphis STAX sound and got into Wes Montgomery and Howard Roberts around the same time. I later was greatly influenced by Eric Gale.
