About Marva ~
As Donna Summer, Marva Scott is professionally trained, highly accomplished vocalist and performance artist from Seattle Washington. She trained in Seattle with maestro David Kyle and later in Los Angeles with vocal coach to the stars Seth Riggs. Also studied at Strasberg institute for acting in NYC.
Her childhood days were spent singing in the church in church where her father was a Baptist minister. Later, she found popularity working locally in clubs.
Since moving to Las Vegas she looks back in her early days in Washington with fond memories.
Now having worked worldwide, she’s performed in Paris, Osaka, Rome, and aboard cruise ships through out the Caribbean and Mediterranean.
Closer to home, Universal Studios, Epcot, Myrtle Beach, Branson Missouri at the Dick Clark theater, Las Vegas and in numerous other locations.
She’s been featured on the cover of many LV magazines. Her hobbies are costume design and tending her exotic desert botanical garden.
She’s been warmly received as an ongoing cast member of the world famous tribute show, Legends in Concert, where she has performed her acts as Donna Summer, Diana Ross…& the fabulous Supremes since 2001.

1. Sound Equipment
a. Stage floor monitors (ie JBL VRX915M or better) enough to cover all the stage area with dedicated custom mix that will be determined by Marva during the sound check. This mix will include the vocals, dedicated reverb and the music tracks and/or the band.
b. CD player or flash drive input for the tracks playback
c. Sound engineer and enough time for a complete FOH and monitors sound check

2. Dressing Area. Quick Change set-up close to or on the stage if there will be costume changes.
