The man that stops moving. Best known as the frontman of Soul Track Mind, the band he started in 2008, Donovan Keith embodies the ideals of both stunning vocal ability and infectiously frenetic showmanship. The mystery has yet to be solved: How can a mild-mannered ginger sing AND dance like that?
Now this red-haired, soul-singing dynamo has a brand-new project all his own. Fronting a knockout 7 piece infectiously energetic band he combines the voice and moves that fans have grown to crave with fresh new songs and piano skills you never knew he had. I saw Donovan Keith at this years 2019 HAAM event in September at the Faregtound here in Austin Texas. I was walking by and as Donovan began singing, I literally stopped in my tracks by the sound of his voice. I had stopped listening to music years ago due to all the crap out there.
You would have to hear his voice to truly understand what I am saying.
Donovan's voice is truly one in a million.
Not only can Donovan sing, but he also has the most awesome footwork to accompany his performance.
Donovan is truly the whole package.
They say the King is dead...NOT TRUE...he is well and alive here in Austin Texas...his name is DONOVAN KEITH.
Donovan, you restored my love of music.
