As a seasoned leader and organizational change expert, Darren was on contract as the Deputy Director for the National Minority AIDS Council in Washington DC in which he led the organization through a major multi-million dollar restructuring.
He has taught leadership courses for the National Extension Leadership Development Team at Tennessee State University.
He has been the guest speaker in east Tennessee for the Rotary International in which he presents to 100-150 students each year on the topic of leadership.
