Margo was the perfect fit for us, and we connected with her immediately. She listened to what we wanted and created a one of a kind ceremony. We loved that she came to the rehearsal. She was very warm, friendly and supportive and dependable. We highly recommend her!

Margo made the ceremony so beautiful. She really took the time to blend our two cultures: Thai and American. The Thai traditions were honored in the American ceremony. She made it seems so smooth and effortless. She also brought a vintage microphone (we had an intimate wedding so we didn’t think we need one) which ended up being so needed since the wind was loud! My wife and I were blessed and honored to have had Don't Postpone Joy! officiate our wedding earlier this month.

From the very first time we met her for lunch to get to know each other, Don't Postpone Joy! just had this aura of positive energy all around here. She was sincere in getting to know us as individuals and as a couple. She listened to what we envisioned for our ceremony and even gave some suggestions, such as incorporating the Blending of the Sands ceremony to go along with a version of the Traditional Chinese Tea Ceremony. She also found a way to honor my parents’ religious background by reading a verse from the Bible.

On the day of the wedding she was calm, cool, collected and well prepared. She conducted the ceremony with grace and spoke beautifully about all the things she learned about us.

Margo was a joy to work with. Our family enjoyed the ceremony she customized and captured all we ask for even with tangible props that made our ceremony even that more special. Margo was more than a officiant. She's a very personable and caring individual. Margo seemed more like family on the day of the wedding as if we had known her for years. Before our wedding started which was already starting late, Margo was all at ease reassuring us that we had nothing to worry about. Throughout the time she was with us, she was a great guidance, exceeding all our expectations. Thanks to her we had a beautiful and very memorable experience. Margo was beyond what I imagined! She was compassionate and my guests loved her. The planning process was a breeze and she really tailored to our wants/ needs. I was married in a small gazebo in a public space in Palos Verdes Ca. The ceremony was intimate and beautiful & Margo made it all the more memorable. We thank you so much, Margo. On September 6th 2015 my precious daughter was joined to her special man in the most perfect of ceremonies designed especially for them by Margo. The magical tone for the entire day was set by the very real and sincere feelings that surfaced as Margo presided over their vows beautifully and sensitively. Margo was warm and inviting even through her emails. We met in person and after some questions, she completely understood what my husband to be and I wanted. We didn't want the traditional Indian ceremony or even an American ... we wanted something that represented us and our history and Margo got that right away. She did well in making it a custom ceremony. She even kept reminding me and my hubby that things will go smoothly and just enjoy the day. I will never be able to thank Margo enough for the way she supported me leading up to and including my wedding day. I am a producer - a very hands on and detail oriented person - so I knew how I wanted things to go and what needed to happen. I was able to fill Margo in all of it - and felt so comfortable handing it all over to her so I could relax and enjoy my day! She went above and beyond when things totally out of her control started to go sideways - she stepped in and solved the problems and had everything run on time and kept me totally protected from any stress. Margo has such a loving and generous energy it was a pleasure to work with her in the planning. She was open to all my ideas and gave me suggestions for how to make things work even more smoothly. I had a bunch of different vendors with whom I had created relationships and Margo was able to seamlessly step in during the days leading up to the wedding. She also had some wonderful recommendations for vendors that I would never have known about. And finally, there was something so special about the way she kept inviting me to be 'the bride' and encouraging me to stay in the celebration and not worry about the details. My day would not have been the same without her!!
