A fun high energy comical tribute to the diva (s) that you choose from my cast of characters. I will do my 100% best to give you entertainment of the highest quality for your event. My costumes are beautiful, glamorous and classy. My wigs are custom made. Broadway theater quality. My voice is Yale trained and I can sing as beautifully as Streisand or camp it up as Cher or rock it out as Stevie Nicks. I poke fun at the divas in a playful fun way. I am not mean to them. I will tailor my show specifically to your event or for your guest of honor. I ask a lot of questions and I fine tune my act for your needs. I can do one favorite diva or multiple divas (up to a DOZEN if you want the full show!) All onstage costume changes. I can give you a full production with a 5-7 peice band or a smaller production with backing tracks. I guarantee your guests will laugh, be inspired and remember your event for years to come!

She has performed her imposter show all over the world, in clubs, cruise ships and corporate events as well as appearances at Carnegie Hall, Broadway National Tours, and at Lincoln Center. She is completely interactive with your audience and does full costume changes with beautiful classy tasteful costumes and wigs from the best designers in New York.

A Yale trained opera singer, comedian and entertainer, Dorothy has her own weekly New York City night club act called "The Dozen Divas Show!' (Iguana Lizard Lounge, (link hidden)) She sings live with backing tracks or with a fully charted band depending on your budget. She will tailor her show to suit your needs. Video can be played between costume changes, some combinations enable onstage costume changes, or she can tribute one or two of your favorite icons.

Dorothy Bishop has been a top headline act all over the world with her Pop Opera show - Viva La Diva! She headlined with Royal Caribbean, Regent Seven Seas, Norwegian, and most recently Princess World Cruises 2012. She has been a soloist at Carnegie Hall with the New York Pops, Town Hall, Lincoln Center, Joes Pub, and co-starred in the Broadway National Tour of Master Class Starring Faye Dunaway.

The bigger the show - the more complex the rider.
I can hire a 5-7 peice band for a theater show with sound and lights or I can be as simple as a DJ with karaoke machine and sing to tracks.
The more lighting and better sound you have, the more professional and impressive the show will look. I adjust the rider according to the venue and the clients needs. I can play many different types of events from huge theaters to small clubs and private parties.
