Doug Mathis and his guitar player Andy West joined the Chamber at the 42nd annual Northwoods Fall Ride. Doug was a pleasure to work with at our Sunday morning worship concert. Attendees couldn't speak more highly of his music and message. This was the first year for this event and we have already requested Doug for next year.
His sultry voice and song selections were perfect. It makes me want to see him with his entire band. If I could have given him more stars I certainly would have. Thank you Doug for making your way to the Northwoods of Wisconsin. See you soon!

After singing lead with the Cumberland Boys, Doug Mathis went to Bible college and into ministry. After 25 years of pastoral ministry and decades of leading worship, Doug dove back in to writing positive country/country gospel music again. If you love gospel or worship music with a Nashville flare, you will love Doug Mathis. Doug has a passion for the local church and for revival in America. There is a strong call to prayer and worship on Doug‘s life and you will find him authentic and loving in his approach to music and ministry. He is currently touring the United States and worldwide as the doors open with his new project “God’s Got A Plan”. Doug can come with tracks and his guitar if budget is a concern or he can bring the band and bring the house down! Either way, you will have a special time of worship with the music of Doug Mathis.

Set List
Doug is currently traveling and performing the songs of his most recent CD “God’s Got a Plan“. These songs include, “It’s a God Thang”, “Raise Up a Warrior”, “King of Love”, “Love Somebody”, When He Calls My Name”, (the 3 previous songs were all #1 hits on the Positive Country/Southern Gospel charts in 2021-22). Doug will also perform his current radio hit, “God’s Got A Plan” and “How Great Thou Art”. Doug also loves to perform the Star-Spangled Banner with an emphasis on the fourth verse that speaks to God’s providence in forming and keeping this great nation. Doug always closes his set with his hit song, “America, heal the divide“. It is also not unusual for Doug to be spontaneous with worship music and hymns that seem to fit the moment. After 40 years of leading worship Doug knows how to read a room and follow the Holy Spirit.
