Douglas Charles

Douglas Charles(DUG-les CHAALZ) at the age of 6 began his love for singing as lead vocalist along side his father Charles Sr, as part of local quartet group. At the age of 15 his gift of music would become apparent, and he would be assigned as youth leader responsible for organizing the worship ministry at the church where he was a member. It was during this time that Douglas would experiment and test the range of his vocal abilities; adding to them by
rearranging current songs and hymns and writing new harmonies as he would hear them.

his first Single entitled
"Jehovah" in 2016 and in 2021 followed up with his single, "Nothing is Impossible". His love for music and his experience would be the inspiration that lead him decide to that he would use his gift to help others. The founder of "Singers Connected" an organization with the mission of professionally training individuals who would become background vocalists and lend their services to churches, gospel artists, events and more. In November 2024, Douglas performed in an International World Tour with the Harlem Gospel Choir in tribute to the legend, Aretha Franklin. Douglas Charles would lend his talent as back ground vocalist to artists such as Fred Hammond, Vashawn Mitchell, Dorinda Clark-Cole, Todd Delaney, Donnie Mcclurkin, James Fortune, Hezekiah Walker, Tremaine Hawkins, Jekayln Carr, Kierra Sheard-Kelly and Sunday
