We are a high energy band that plays funk and soul music from all eras- 60s and 70s to current Top 40! We specialize in all the big hits from artists like Earth, Wind & Fire, The Commodores, Prince, Michael Jackson, and Bruno Mars, but take it a step further by also playing some of their minor hits too! As long as it keeps the party dancing then we're into it! We're ready for your event or wedding, and can provide full sound and lights, as well as jazz cocktail sets.

Band size is usually 6 people, with a two person horn section.
We bring in our own sound and lights with a dedicated sound engineer. We provide MC and DJ service at no extra charge.
We carry our own liability insurance.
After many seasons as the house band for Nashville's favorite talk show, The Ben and Morey Show, Dr. Soul's has struck out on their own, playing a mix of classic and modern dance music for weddings and parties throughout the Southeast. With layered vocal harmonies and a dual horn attack, they are guaranteed to get you up and dancing!
