Bridgett Krause is an International Trainer, Executive Coach, and Faculty member with the John Maxwell Team and the founder and CEO of the Dream Big Facility.
She is a part of Global Transformation with the John Maxwell Foundation, where they have trained thousands of leaders in Guatemala, Paraguay, and Costa Rica.
Serving as a Faculty member with the John Maxwell Team, Bridgett trains 36, 000 plus Team members in over 160 countries. Her greatest passion is helping individuals find their purpose and empowering them to walk out a life they design and choose.
The L2L was a amazing event. I enjoyed all the speakers and the awesome people I met. But the core of the success of this event was Bridgett Krause. I loved her well spoken thoughts and nuggets of truth that she shared with us. The fun dive into our personalities, that made me look at how I communicate. The time and chance that Bridgett took to willingly share her story, in such transparency, made this event.

I'm so happy to have attended the Live2Lead workshop! After listening to all the great speakers, I can definitely say it has changed my life for the better! Going in, I was always in doubt of myself and my potential, becoming my own prison to my own success. After listening to the different stories of how John Maxwell and Tyler Perry started, I was hit with an epiphany. Like they said in the event, Leaders are MADE, NOT BORN! They present you with a very different outlook on life and what separates the leaders from the followers. I will definitely be applying the techniques I learned in the seminar daily. This has been the most life changing event I've attended and would highly recommend it to anyone, young or old!!!

I have attended many leadership programs and seminars, and have read many books on the topic of leadership and productivity. However I still found myself having “aha” moments in this seminar. Each presentation was focused and engaging. I would definitely be interested in going to next year’s seminar.
I attended Live2Lead for the first time in 2015, and looking back it has been an inflection point in my leadership growth. This year I was able to bring my entire team, and we were blown away at the level of excellence: from the speakers, to the venue, to the food, and the presentations by Ryan and Bridgett, it was all top notch. This was huge for my team.

Learned a lot about how I need to progress myself and others at my facility from this great seminar.
My company invited my staff to better understand the leadership concepts John Maxwell has shared in many of his books. The presenters did an incredible job of presenting the challenges they faced to make it into the position they are in at this time. The concept of "invest in yourself" is true today more than ever, the changing world need us to do the same.
My organization is going thru major changes and I needed my team to be exposed to other leaders that have been very successful in their own lives, I wanted them to be exposed to that, the speakers did a great job and their presentation skills motivated my team during our Friday time together.
