I had three years of vocal lessons before I joined Rock School at Mom's Music in Jeffersonville Ind. in 2012. I was the lead singer for the rock band Red Striped Zebras until Oct. 2013.

I started to learn to play the piano in the Fall of 2013 and began performing as a solo artist. I also began writing my own music and released my first single “The Best Days” in Jan. 2014 and then my EP of six songs two months later.

I have been playing guitar since the Spring of 2014 and took professional lessons. I continue to take vocal lessons to keep developing as a singer.

My songs have been played on several radio stations (98.9 FM – Radio Now, 93.1 FM – Louisville’s Rock Station and 88.1 FM – WNAS). My music has been compared to Colbie Caillat, Christina Perri and Taylor Swift.

2014 was an exciting year. I was chosen to be a participant in WFPKs Power of Music Project a Music For Change Songwriter Series. I was interviewed by 98.9 FM for the Local Music Movement and featured by the News and Tribune of Southern Indiana.

I played several venues and events as well in 2014:

- Headliners Music Hall in Louisville Kent. as part of The Power of Music Concert
- Bardstown First Christian Church in Kent. as entertainment for their open house
- New Albany High school in Ind. as part of Summerfest
- New Albany Production House in Ind. on four separate occasions as part of their series of concerts
- Wooden Duck Entertainment in Bardstown Kent. to entertain customers while they shopped
- Hobknobb Roasting Company in Floyd Knobbs, Ind. to entertain customers while enjoying their coffee
- Bardstown First Christian Church in Kent. as part of the Music with a Mission Charity event.
- Downtown New Albany, Ind. as part of New Albany IndieFest
- St. Mary's Navilleton in Floyd Knobs, Ind. as part of their Pumpkin Festival
- Charlie Noble's Eatery + Draught House in Sellersburg Ind. to entertain those dining
- Jim Porter's Good Time Emporium in Louisville Kent. as part of a Make a Wish charity event.
- New Albany Production House in Ind. as part of ToyFest charity event.

In Jan. 2015 I was featured again in the News and Tribune of Southern Indiana, played at Jimmy's Music Center in New Albany, Ind., New Albany Production House in my Music Video Release Concert for my song "The Best Days".

Since then I have played in many venues, festivals and private parties. I also have been interviewed several times on the radio.
