About
Drew Marler, is NOT the cheapest performer on Gigsalad but what you get is value, talent, and experience. Although everyone wants to save money, nobody wants a "cheap" sounding, inexperienced musician ruining their important event.
A musician who is less than professional and lacks talent can absolutely derail an important event, making it memorable for entirely the wrong reasons. Do you want your event to sound, feel, and vibe as amazing as you deserve?
Drew Marler has been performing professionally as a musician for over 25 years, and as a solo performer for over 15 years. In this time he has played an impressive number of weddings, corporate events, non-profit events, and private parties, delivering a tailor made performance to match the climate, tone, and purpose for each occasion.
Currently Drew stays busy with his solo career, playing extensively throughout Charleston and the surrounding areas. With an extensive multi-genre catalog of music, he has an array of favorite tunes, catered to his audience, and perfect for any occasion. Drew’s approachable and personable stage presence show years of professional experience and a mass of talent that make him a favorite entertainer in the region.
He loves performing and sharing music with people, and strives to make every event that he plays as memorable as you deserve.
Additional Booking Notes
As a solo musician, I use a Bose L1 tower speaker system through a Mackie 4 channel mixer. I plug in my pedals and effects, including a loop station. My microphone is a Beta Shure 58, unless I decide on a change. I play a Breedlove, Taylor, and a National dobro that uses a built in pickup. If there are other necessities required for a show, I most likely can accommodate them, but please inquire prior to booking.
