So the run down. I will send you my pre made standard menu with prices attached and you can order from that. What’s not on the menu you can feel free to ask. I have no problem. So for example I will cook Italian pulled pork, chicken breast or chicken cutlets. Seafood is a higher priced item. So if the client (you) requests crab cakes or blackened salmon burgers for a slider they can be done.

I am 32 years old. My father would take me to his catering gigs when I was 11 years old. And I always had a interest in cooking. I have had the pleasure of going to culinary school for votech. Started cooking in fast food then went to the line in a buffet restaurant then to a chain restaurant as a prep and side cook then to a pub as a apprentice then to a chef. Left the food Industry and cooked for family and friends and private events for the local fire house I’m a member with. A fellow firefighter was promoted to captain and we always talked about opening up our own food business. Resulting in Captain Mike’s Catering.

We are drop off service. So we can cook the food at our location and then deliver it to your residence. If you purchases the chafing dishes from us we will set them up and show you how to use them. Then We will leave for you to enjoy the party and food. If you are greater than 25 minute drive We will prefer to transport the food cold and then heat it up in your oven then We will set up if you request. We also provide a higher end plastic ware.
