Pocket. I’m versatile, but I’m tending to lean away from the flash.
After playing a lot of punk and hip hop I’m looking to play a more stripped down blues/blue grass influenced groove.
I can be a bit heavy handed but I completely understand my position in the pocket and band, and can play with dynamics.

Started out in the church, then joined a punk band, before leaving for the Army.
Out of the Army I met a now good friend (Mighty aka Mathias Mauk) a Portland area Emcee, at which point I became his drummer. I’ve been working with Mighty for the last 12 years and am now located in Columbus, Ga to be with my kids full time.
